chattels: ‹@BOBBY› How so, say more please ?

BOBBY: Chattels...... all i am reading on other posts is how the conditions are right for implementation

BOBBY: Last i heard it was kaos

chattels: ‹@BOBBY› If the conditions were " right " for implementation before the reform announcement(s) then how can they be " right "now ? Both cannot be true, IMO.

chattels: Perhaps it is a difference in orientation. Some people look for reasons that it will " RV " today and others for reasons that it will not.

chattels: Neither is a balanced perspective, IMO.

chattels: Parliament voted to approve the rest of the Labor Law in it's morning session and has now reconvened for readings of various bills in the afternoon session. http://ift.tt/1LEwWYk...

chattels: MAKHMOUR, Kurdistan Region - General Najat Ali Salih, known affectionately to his Peshmerga as Najat Ali Fateh, is the top commander of the Makhmour front less than 40km from the Kurdistan region's capital, Erbil.

His troops have been dug in against the Islamic State, or ISIS, for nearly 18 months, fending off near daily ground and artillery attacks. Salih said the recent rocket attacks in the area, and the proven use of chemical weapons by ISIS, are signs of the weak state of the extremists' forces.

The attacks on civilians are a way of saying, 'We are still strong.' But they are much weaker than before," Salih said in an exclusive interview.

The legendary commander spoke with Rudaw's Zhelwan about Peshmerga salaries, the Hashd al-Shaabi, and the future of disputed areas in the post-ISIS era.

Tootsie: Experts eyes .. deposits Iraqi government between the government and private banks Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -17 August / August: Economists say that the funds deposited by the Ministry of Finance in the State-owned banks pose a threat to the financial policy of the state,

which gives those banks already very large sums of money under the government decisions and are unable to recover after that, what makes those banks back door of the loss of the savings of Iraq, especially since that money was supposed to be invested in development projects of interest to the country.

The economist said, Mamdouh al-Amiri, said that "there are intersections between private and government banks; this is borne by the government, which should be public and private banks are treated alike." , saying the "new Arab" that most of the huge loans implemented by public banks are under government guidance, and not by the banks themselves.

and between Ameri that "there are problems in how to control those banks, and there must be tightly controlled and directly by the central bank on those amounts, especially that most of the government and private banks are not currently eligible to receive the funds because they are not ready for that,

they need a banking system reform, and restructuring commensurate with the needs of economic and necessities in the country, despite the presence of a number of private banks eligible to receive substantial financial deposits " . CONT >> wealthwatch.world/showthr...

chattels: I have not been able to find an biographical info on Abud

Tootsie: I remembered my word for Maliki - my opinion, that is why I feel he will return to Iraq ~ Supercilious ~~ behaving or looking as though one thinks one is superior to others. synonyms: arrogant, haughty, conceited, disdainful, overbearing, pompous, condescending, superior, patronizing, imperious, proud, snobbish, snobby, smug, scornful, sneering; More

rollonjohn: ‹@Tootsie› Good description!

chattels: ‹@Tootsie› the allegations in the Mosul report as to Maliki are not as " damning " as I had hoped for

chattels: Nine SLC members of the committee refused to endorse the report as to Maliki - no wonder Maliki appears unabashed by it all - one might arguably discount all of it as partisan politics

Tootsie: ‹@chattels› Darn it!  crud!
Tootsie: ‹@rollonjohn› haha, ty!

Tootsie: Frankly, I am weary of these 'economist' statements/thoughts . It is so easy to state what seems to be needed, the enactment of what NEEDS to be done, is not solved or addressed by their articles. Just like yesterday's item - people get all excited over what is said - I just can't get excited over economist articles anymore. Now if from MoF, CBI, or similar. will do an immediate Jig! hahaha

Doug_W: ‹@Tootsie› amen

whitelions: ‹@Tootsie› I'm with you I don't ever post anything that is someones opinion that means almost al of alabash news b/c it's worthless they are just suggestions on what should be done not what they are doing and that just hurts the dinar community b/c they take it as fact and then get made when it dose not happen

whitelions: *mad
Tootsie: ‹@whitelions› well, so many make such a monstrous deal over the articles, it just raises peoples hopes/dreams/expectations ~ Per Joe Friday (I think him, gimme the facts, just the facts ~

Imagist: or be mature enough to understand the numerous economic predictions even here in the US are very opposite each other all the time. We are in a huge bull market, but hear stories everyday of huge collapse coming... who knows?

Tootsie: ‹@Imagist› good post

whitelions: ‹@Tootsie› I like the facts too all of them not just 1/2 like some try to give they say look at this and forget to show you the other that ties in just beacuse it may not look as good

Tootsie: ‹@whitelions› yes, I used to just shake my head , many times, at the 'selective' reporting of articles and also the restoration of those old ones , w/o stating old

OOTW: HI I'VE POSTED A LOT IN THE GOVERNMENT THREAD - ARTICLES THAT ARE NOT "OFFICIAL" GOVT PRESS RELEASES
