Frank 2. The HCL is in the budget....as has been stated in the past....therefore no need to have it read in Parliament...IOO....it is a part of the "long line"......also IOO.....the laws that are being worked in Parliament, at least the major laws will be....IOO...the trigger for the "long line"

IOO Maliki....what is Maliki up to....Frank feels he's made a deal.....(Aggiedad77-I asked you mean in Iran?)....Frank26: well yes but that was intended.....he feels in his opinion that Maliki has made a deal in Iraq to stay out of the courts, to stay out of prison or a noose.....he also hopes this "feeling" he has isn't going to come true.....
Frank: Maliki needs to be tried before the citizens of Iraq.....he needs to be held accountable for any and all atrocities that he is complicit to......

Aggiedad77: now my side of the story.....PM Abadi stood up to an Iranian General today whose sole purpose was to make a deal for Maliki to keep him out of court and prison....Abadi would not budge on the issue....and the General left in a rage.....
IMO.....step one of Maliki's demise.....Abadi proved he will not knuckle under extreme stress and I am sure there was a great deal of stress from the General in the meeting today....but Abadi won this round.....is it over....no.....but Abadi knows what needs to be done....
He has the backing of the Iraqi religious authority, he has the backing of the people, he has the support of COM, and he has the support of President of the Republic Masum......the ball is in his court I believe.....I can't say why he won't arrest Maliki....but I believe his time grows short....watch what happens over the next few days...but be watchful for what stories are being told by the media....as always.
In closing and summing this all up......PM Abadi spoke today with a strength that I don't think had previously been exhibited.....he's taking actions through his reforms....and we saw today there are more reforms coming.....pay attention to what he does.....he is a very smart man and will not be outplayed....IMO.
