Donnie: "Select period read the laws and voting upon the duration not to exceed 28 days". But they also say "vote on the proposal or the draft law within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of the second reading" so if i'm correct they only have 14 days for the first 2 readings to take place leaving 14 days to wait to vote.
Tootsie: I just do not trust 8th day - been burned too many times. Their stuff rarely hits the mainstream news. just me

disciple7: See yens later back to work :cwy:
EdoBini: l am not worried about mine . l bought a lot from Chase Bank and l opened Bank Account with them at Warka Bank without any fuse
EdoBini: Those certificate of authenticity is a diversion to move the armatures away from reality.
Donnie: ‹@EdoBini› is this the Warka Bank you refer to? http://ift.tt/1Np7J1O...
http://ift.tt/1Wh6QOR
Donnie: ‹@EdoBini› how does someone open an account at Warka Bank now?
EdoBini: @ Donnie< l referred to www.warka bank.online.com
EdoBini: Go to Google. l did mine in 2008/9. l used the bank as an agent to buy shares in Iraq in those days. It was very popular to have an a/c in Warka earlier on in the process .
EdoBini: @Donnie> l wouldn't open an account in Warka Bank at this time because of Dodd & Frank law which now imposes 30% Tax on all American Citizens holding foreign Accounts in Iraq. The Bank has already notified me about such situations.
EdoBini: l mean to say < FATCA> law.
Donnie: ‹@EdoBini› understood. TY
sczin11: I BELIEVE OOTW PULLED IN AN ARTICLE FROM THE MOF SITE WHICH STATED THAT ZEBARI SAID THE FACTA LAW HAS TO BE PASSED IN FULL BY SEPT 15 2015
