OOTW: I have only seen one mention of this at the parliament site, and do not know if that formation is still ongoing within the govt...they put this idea forth, because they could not get the federation council approved by a majority

chattels: Baghdad (AIN) -Some news reports about oil sources indicated that the oil production from the southern oil fields have been improved in last couple of weeks and the production increased in the month of July, it reached up to 3.06 million barrels oil per day.

It was previously producing 3.02 million barrels oil per day till end of June 2015. This news source also said that this improvement from the southern oil fields would reflect a negative impact in the international oil market with adding extra spare oil. It is also important that a major decision has been taken for Basra crude oil and divided it into two categories, light and heavy crude oil.

It would solve the problem of quality which caused the increase in consignment rates in the month of June 2015. It also allowed increasing oil production for a number of oil companies that are working in Iraqi oil fields.

The Reinforcements Oil Production in Iraq is considered as the second biggest oil producer within the OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries).

It indicated about the continuous high level of oil production that is also focusing in improving its market share and not reducing production in order to stabilize the oil prices. Most of the experts believe that most oil exporting countries would face a major decline in oil prices in coming period.

chattels: Brent was down 70 cents at $52.61 a barrel by 0935 GMT after settling 7 cents lower in the previous session. U.S. light crude was down 90 cents at $47.62 a barrel. OPEC members produced around 31.25 million barrels per day (bpd) in the second quarter, about 3 million bpd more than daily demand, a Reuters survey showed this week.

The surplus oil has gone into stockpiles around the world, filling storage depots from China to Chile, and driving prices down sharply. Both major crude oil benchmarks are down more than 50 percent from a year ago.

Sharp controversy after the direct application of the tariff law at all outlets Iraq Baghdad -arac Press -3 August / August: The General Authority of Customs, on Monday, to start applying the tariff law on goods entering Iraq,

 indicating that it agreed with the Kurdistan region on the application of the law and the unification of Alkmarki work, and in the welcome in the political circles of experts believes that the application of the tariff Customs does not serve the situation that the country is going through.
