OOTW: this is a big deal to me, because the provinces will be in charge of their respective economies

Gg604: Thanks, sound BIG

OOTW: great stride towards private sector development - which equals - economic reform and would also support Iraq's WTO ascension

OOTW: yes it is
~~~
Gg604: I was gonna post this, in case it was quiet for a while. Say it ain't so! Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy are calling it quits. The Muppets ABC stars said that although their romantic relationship is coming to a close, their professional one will continue. abc7.la/1MKuobI
Gg604: ‹@BOBBY›  :cool:
BOBBY: OOTW. this should be / get interesting
sczin11: ‹@BOBBY› PLEASE STAY GROUNDED..THERE ARE STILL MANY OUT THERE IN DINAR LAND THAT APPEAR TO HAVE OTHER MOTIVES...IF THERE WAS A CHANGE IN VALUE THAT WOULD HELP THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ,
THE ONLY WAY THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE WOULD BE IF THE COST OF THEIR GOODS DECREASED..
IF THAT HAPPENED, IT WOULD MEAN THEIR CURRENCY WAS INTERNATIONALLY TRADED, AND IMHO, NEWS WOULD CERTAINLY BREAK,
IN ADDITION...THE CURRENCY WOULD BE ON THE FOREX, AND THE CBI WOULD REFLECT THE RATE...
AND THE AUCTIONS TODAY WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE LARGEST, IF NOT THE LARGEST IN AT LEAST TWO YEARS, I BELIEVE...
THEY ARE IN NEED OF DE-DOLLARIZING THE COUNTRY, NOT FLOODING THE NATION WITH GREENBACKS...ALL THIS, JMHO..
Stash: I agree
BOBBY: sczin11.... no need to worry about me..... i am 110 percent committed to this
BOBBY: like this site and its members..... ITS ALL GOOD!
chattels: another day in dinarland. sometimes it seems like another year in a life sentence.
OOTW: AGREED CHATTELS...YET WHEN I LOOK BACK, THE TIME REALLY HAS FLOWN
chattels: All information indicates that IS will try to turn the Fallujah battle into a long one, whose general course would be different than the Tikrit battle. It would be closer to the battle of Beiji in the Salahuddin province, which the Iraqi forces have been trying to regain since Oct. 19, without actually resolving the battle. http://ift.tt/1E8awXR
chattels: Fallujah liberation key to securing Anbar On July 13, Iraqi authorities announced the launch of the battle to liberate Anbar province — the biggest Iraqi province in terms of surface — from the Islamic State’s (IS) grip, with the participation of the police, the army, the Popular Mobilization Units and tribal fighters. http://ift.tt/1E8awXR
BOBBY: Chattels. ..... evening sir...... think back about a year ago..... what they went through to elect Abadi
chattels: Despite the official Iraqi announcement of the Iraqi forces besieging the city of Fallujah from its four sides, the siege does not seem complete. Witnesses from Fallujah told Al-Monitor that IS can still declare war and infiltrate the city from its northern and southern sides. Read more: http://ift.tt/1U6ADse... http://ift.tt/1MOyfnd
chattels: According to witnesses, the presence of residents in Fallujah represents the perfect cover for IS fighters, who use them as human shields to secretly move through the city.
The same witnesses pointed to two sensitive regions for the Iraqi forces. This first is north of Fallujah (between the cities of al-Sajar and Saqlawiyah), where dozens of randomly spread residential neighborhoods overlap.
 The second is south and southwest of Fallujah, where agricultural areas extend to the Euphrates River, and the desert of Anbar, which was and remains IS’ biggest hideout.
The magnitude, duration and timing of the upcoming battle in Anbar remain unknown.
However, the battle of Fallujah is surely going to be massive, and it will be the first step to regain the city of Ramadi and the rest of Anbar, as long as the Iraqi forces do not fall victim to the war of attrition within the city’s mined neighborhoods. Read more: http://ift.tt/1U6ADse...
chattels: ‹@BOBBY› that was only a year ago ? LOL
BOBBY: Chattels... hard to believe it ,
chattels: Seems like another lifetime
 BB824: Reserves topic: the selling of reserves to me always presented a very risky business to the dealer and trap for the investor.
The shutting down of the lay away and reserve program makes perfect sense, otherwise it would create a mess for all of us, even those who did not use this programs. How many questions were asked in the past three years "How will we get our reserves paid off" well this clears that problem.
It will streamline the cashout and exchange, without chaos with the banks, dealers, exchangers. How many investments can you go into with a pentence of cash and 90 days later a billionaire?
Put up the cash (don't spend what you don't have) and have your dinar in hand, is the best advice. For three years we have been saying when they stop selling, then we will know we are there.
Well, this is one step in closing off the sales. This closing off these programs are music to my ears. Sounds like RV train is about to come into station.
chattels: Baghdad (AIN) –Iraqi Cabinet voted in its session on the final draft of the amended law of the provinces except Kurdistan region No. 21 2008.
BB824: ‹@chattels› Its not mine, sorry to say, its coming out from dinar dealers, and followers.
BB824: Here is another
BB824: XchangeofAmerica wrote: They said the change in policy was done as a pro active measure due to the intensifying government scrutiny of currency dealers capitalizing because they promote a revaluation of the currency they are selling as a reserve. It is called CYA - Covering Your A**. Dealers are afraid of being in the radar and next on the list of the FBI and other Agencies.
EdoBini: BB824, totally agreed with you. l am dancing to the music also. We will get there soon
BB824: And another
BB824: For anyone interested, I actually just got off the phone with a manager over at XchangeofAmerica.com. They said the change in policy was done as a pro active measure due to the intensifying government scrutiny of currency dealers capitalizing because they promote a revaluation of the currency they are selling as a reserve.
It is similar to an option structure, and you can not do that as a licensed currency dealer. It was a very greedy way to make more money on an already high premium profit margin. He also shared that the FBI is closing these operations down, and that they did not want to be the next due to violation of the currency dealer regulations.
 He also agreed that America is a free country, and his company is supplying the demand. If the trend is tulips, then sell tulips. In my opinion, regardless of what you think about businessmen taking advantage of a trend, I say they have every right to promote rumor and their opinion. The FBI may not think so though.
BB824: Be careful and ask yourselves, if you cant see a Qi card with money on it, does it really have another value on it. Look at youtube videos from Iraq malls in Erbil Kurdistan.
Look at the pricing. Currency value change? do the conversions. You will discover very quickly whether or not currency has changed in value. Look up Onyx restaurant in Erbil. Smack dab in the middle of Kurdistan.
My point is don't just listen, look for the truth. If you didn't see it, then look until you verify it. thank you
[08/04/2015 08:45:41 PM] chattels: none of the foregoing makes much sense to me. more guru spin
BB824: yup
EdoBini: @BB824, you are awesome.
 BOBBY: Bb824...... why not just go to the Iraq cbi site and confirm the rate if in question
Fit2beFit: ‹@BOBBY› I believe he/she was posting statements from others
BOBBY: my mistake. ...... i am sorry
tourman: ‹@chattels› can you bestow upon us some words of wisdom and encouragement?
chattels: ‹@tourman› I HAVE NO FRESH INSIGHTS OR REVELATIONS THIS EVENING
tipsyterror: and if not, then just wisdom?  :laughing:
chattels: FEAR OF THE LORD IS THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM
chattels: " The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. " - Socrates
tourman: ‹@chattels› There it is.. I knew you had it in you this late in the evening.
Fit2beFit: Wow they are attacking OOTW out there, may I post it?
tourman: "Taking an interest in what others are thinking and doing is often a much more powerful form of encouragement than praise." Robert Martin
chattels: Financial crisis: devaluation of the Iraqi dinar is it the solution? Ali Mohsen Keywords
chattels: " The proposal to reduce the value of the Iraqi dinar against the US dollar, which some posed today as a means to cover the deficit in the state budget (by paying a higher value of the dollar, which buys the Central Bank of the Ministry of Finance and thus sell the dollar at a higher price in the market –
the proposed 1500 dinars), this proposal is undoubtedly a proposal followed by some countries for objective goals, in most cases, it is to encourage the country's exports where they become worth less in foreign currency shall be priced at a global competitor. "
chattels: ‹@Fit2beFit› ‹@Fit2beFit› ‹@Fit2beFit› YOU MAY OF COURSE
tourman: you cant get much lower than toilet paper... GEEZ!!! lol
Fit2beFit: Quote : OOTW: THIS JUST OUT FROM ALMADA "Financial crisis: devaluation of the Iraqi dinar is it the solution?" WHEN THEY SAY "DEVALUATION" THEY MEAN LOWERING THE FIGURE IE AMOUNT OF THE FILS -MOVING CLOSER TO THE VALUE OF A DOLLAR..IN EFFECT "LOWERING" THE NUMBER, IE, MAKING IT "DEVALUED
Kevind53: Really?
From Investopedia ... DEFINITION of 'Devaluation' A deliberate downward adjustment to the value of a country's currency, relative to another currency, group of currencies or standard.
Devaluation is a monetary policy tool of countries that have a fixed exchange rate or semi-fixed exchange rate. It is often confused with depreciation, and is in contrast to revaluation. Read more: http://ift.tt/1MOydM1... Wanna try again?
Fit2beFit: http://ift.tt/1E8auPQ...
chattels: The devaluation of the exchange rate of the dinar by 30% - as proposed - is a very high percentage confuse all economic conditions in all sectors. The central bank has increased this year, the dollar exchange rate, which buys of Finance from 1166 to 1180 dinars, and can continue to amendment depending on the circumstances at rates not confuse the situation.
tourman: "not confuse the situation"  :w00t:
tourman: "ASQUIRREL"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tourman: look over here... NO look over there... >>>>><<<<<<
Fit2beFit: Generally is basically what Iraq news wants us to think and know
chattels: THE COMMENTATORS " DEFINITIONAL "APPROACH SEEMS CRITICAL, BUT THE GIST IS THE SAME
chattels: We believe that the possible solutions to address the financial challenges faced by Iraq are in the following frames (without going into the details of each proposal)
chattels: wealthwatch.world/showthr... http://ift.tt/1MOyfDB
tourman: that definition also speaks of currencies that are not on a program rate as our dinar is.........
Fit2beFit: ‹@chattels› Exactly
chattels: THERE ARE SOME FIFTEEN " possible solutions to address the financial challenges faced by Iraq " - NONE OF WHICH SEEM LIKE WILL OR CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED IN THE NEAR TERM
chattels: BUT, I AM A MACROECONOMIC MORON AND I MAY BE " ALL WET " :)
BOBBY: Chattels. .... heard any good bank stories today lol lol
BOBBY: did okie ever land yet lol
chattels: ‹@BOBBY› the journey motifs and arrival metaphors used by him were entertaining in a way
