Fit2beFit: ‹@disciple7› ....heres another......exporting/holding Dinar is not illegal before you can get it through your thick head that the issue is not a criminal matter but rather a matter of Iraq's OBLIGATIONS to honor currency it never authorized to leave the country.
It has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not it was illegally exported by a criminal act, the issue is about what Iraq can be legally held to do with currency someone wants to re-introduce into the country, THAT'S the issue! Can they declare it void and not allow it back in?
Most likely they can do just that and you want to know something else, they have done that very thing in the past!
Donnie: my plan is to sit back and let most others find all the problems/solutions then I'll exchange a 25k to a test. :)

chattels: I find myself fighting a strong gag reflex when I read these pundits saying, AGAIN, how close we are with the advent of the reforms. Speaking as thought all of this was anticipated by them. How can we have been so close before the reforms and now close because of the reforms. Both cannot be true, IMO. I think I will just regurgitate right now and get it over with.
