However, we see the numerous indicators that tells us that they clearly intend to do such.

wmawhite : I agree...they (CBI/GOI) have told the world that is their intent. Keep in mind, that Iraq is rejoining the world economic community...thay are not joining themselves. They need to meet others requirements. They can not make up their own requirements.

IMO, Iraq is preparing for something that will permit them to move the IQD onto the world economic stage.

Palm-issued Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi chain decisions which abolished the previous appointments and decisions issued by his predecessor, and is currently Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, did not receive these decisions acceptance of a coalition of state law, which belongs to al-Abadi, which seeks to apply his program of government.
Among the decisions taken by the cancellation Abadi, the most important constitutional position enjoyed by the Prime Minister, a post commander of the armed forces, which is a coalition of state law mandated a number of parliamentary seats to get it as a sovereign positions.
Abadi also decided to change the 120 commander of the Defense Ministry, and referred two of the most prominent generals camp affiliated to al-Maliki, two Deputy Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Abboud Qanbar, the commander of the ground forces, General Ali Ghaidan to retirement.
He described some Iraqi lawmakers such decisions as "shrink to half-Maliki influence within the military and security establishment."
Abadi and extended to include decisions to stop air strikes on cities and towns under the control of state regulation in order to avoid injury to civilians.
Military analysts believe that the decision to open the way for militants to organize the state to surround the camp of the Iraqi army in Fallujah belt areas such as the northern Saqlawiyah, other barracks in Alsjr, and acid, which resulted in the deaths and the loss of dozens of soldiers.
These decisions seem to have led to a split in the coalition of state law, who owns more than 100 parliamentary seat, already to the first two camps with al-Abadi and second with al-Maliki. Link

(Independent) .. ordered Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi evacuated (Palace of Light) who take the Deputy Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki story headquarters of the residence.
A source close to the al-Abadi said in a statement singled out by the (independent press), that an order was issued by the Prime Minister today evacuated (Palace of Light) taken by al-Maliki, his residence and his work, pointing out that the director of al-Maliki's office received it officially, and asked him to evacuate the building through (48) hours.
He added that it would take over its body and to be at their disposal, or benefit from it in the administrative work of government departments. (End)

Swiss Federal Council said that Switzerland will lift its sanctions against Iran amid the nuclear agreement reached between the Islamic Republic and the P5+1 group of international negotiators.
Switzerland will lift its sanctions against Iran amid the nuclear agreement reached between the Islamic Republic and the P5+1 group of international negotiators, the Swiss Federal Council said Wednesday.
"Given this important turning point in the 12-year nuclear dispute, the Federal Council decided on 12 August to lift the sanctions against Iran that had been suspended since January 2014 and to issue a new exemption clause. The amendment to the corresponding ordinance comes into effect on 13 August," the Council said in a statement.
The decision will affect, among other things, the ban on precious metals transactions with Iranian state bodies, the requirement to report trade in Iranian petrochemical products, and the requirement to report the transport of Iranian crude oil and petroleum products.
The Swiss Federal Council stressed in its announcement it sought to promote a broad political and economic exchange with Iran, and pursued a consistent, neutral and balanced policy toward the Islamic republic.
Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter said in July, after international negotiators reached a nuclear deal with Iran, that Bern had to implement the conditions outlined in the deal as soon possible.
Iran agreed to curb its nuclear program in a landmark deal with the P5+1 group of negotiators, including Russia, the United States, China, Britain, France and Germany, on July 14.
The UN Security Council voted to abolish its previous anti-Iran resolutions on July 20, and the EU Foreign Affairs Council voted in favor of the deal the same day.
The deal, dubbed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, is yet to be approved or rejected by the US Congress this fall.

Appreciate the goodness that surrounds you. Consider what good and valuable use you can now make of it.
Remind yourself how great you have it. Then see all the ways to act on your good fortune.
