BAGHDAD / integrity - revealed adviser Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi, on Tuesday, for the start of the process of transfer of powers to local governments on Wednesday, adding that "the transfer of powers from eight ministries will be gradual."
Sabri said in a statement that "the Higher Coordination Committee of the provinces of non-performing province, agreed with local governments and relevant ministries at its last meeting on the transfer of powers gradually and sequentially."
He stressed that "the process will begin the transfer of part of the powers, starting from tomorrow, Wednesday, 5-8, in accordance with the text of the law 19 of 2013, and you're not the first batch transfer, and after six months will be the second batch transfer, and at the end of the year, the remaining will be transferred from the powers."
"It has been agreed on this matter, because of the Iraq passage exceptional circumstance is difficult, and the process of transfer of powers to the provinces confuse the work of federal and local government, as some local governments need more time for a mission of this kind with respect to the transfer of powers to fully once, and to preserve the smooth flow of work, and the occurrence of problems with regard to conflict of powers between the federal government through the relevant ministries and local governments, so it has been reached to transfer powers gradually. "

Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, Tuesday, that Iraq has a large financial reserve of hard currency to support the Iraqi currency and raising the exchange rate, as pointed out that the government took over the state treasury empty from the previous government.
