Rocket Rich: The Iraqis are using the Czech model utilizing privatization to move their economy's growth into hyperdrive. This was a communist country not too long ago and it is a market economy now. I was actually in Prague last summer and the place is beautiful. Markets everywhere and tourism abounds. Free enterprise!
