Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced that the second package of reforms Alhcoimh will be announced soon.
His spokesman Saad al-Hadithi in a press statement on Wednesday, that "this new package of reforms will include the feminine and merging some ministries in addition to the feminine and the integration of some independent bodies and the appointment of its officials by competence, integrity and efficiency away from sectarian quotas."
He added that "these reforms aimed at reducing public expenditure so as to achieve the state resources from coast to provide services to citizens," adding that "an ad hoc committee will report soon will be announced announced this reform package."
The House of Representatives has approved yesterday a majority on the first package of governmental and parliamentary reforms in response to the directives of the Supreme religious authority and the demands of the demonstrators,
which included reducing its ministries and agencies to increase efficiency in government work and reduce costs, and completion of this process as a first stage to merge ministries women with similar terms of reference and the end, limiting the formation of the ministry,
including confined within the exclusive Alathaadah authorities contained in Article 110 of the Constitution and what can local authorities from acting as Hoanhm Responsibility for managing themselves. "
