A Question - A Request & A Wish For All

Post From Peoples Dinar : Member Comments & Reflection

To anyone reading:

These are exciting days to anyone who has been eagerly devouring current dinar news on this reputable site. Whether you are still chasing the golden dream, enjoying the ride or just sitting back on your little stash and thinking how nice this could be nice if it happens, there is no denying that we seem closer than ever before.

I have a question, a request and a wish for all of you:

 If your life suddenly changes for the better, or if it doesn't, will it change you? If it changes you, who will you become, and how will you affect the people and indeed the world you live in?
~~~
 In this world there are problems so great that we kind of switch them off in our daily lives because we feel they are too big to tackle. We can't make a difference to, say, global warming because politicians don't listen to us. We can't end hunger because we only earn minimum wage. We can't stop street violence because it's all out of control...
 My request is that, RV or not, all you do is every day, every time you remember, every action you take you are injecting that little bit of goodness back into the world. Hold the elevator for someone. Don't honk at that learner driver. Smile for someone who serves you a milkshake. Stop and ask the crying person what's wrong.
 Not always easy, but it becomes second nature. And gradually, as you do it, others become inspired, liberated, given permission to do the same thing. THIS IS HOW YOU CHANGE THE WORLD.
 Finally, my wish: It's not for the RV, although I still hope for it very much. My wish is that it means something. That our lives really do improve, and that the people here become better people for the experience.
 Mostly I wish that everyone in the world would just be better to each other.
 I'm reaching out to all of you, people whom I've never met, to be the ones to really make the effort, because soon we'll be soaring higher than we dreamed, and really in the position to help others change the world for the better.
 Thank you all, lots of love.   Jhhop
Diverdown:   Thanks for sharing & putting your thoughts in ink.  This is exactly why I enjoy being a Scout Leader, living by the Scout Oath & Law and doing a Good Turn Daily goes along way in helping to change the world.  You don't need to be a Scout to adopt and live by the same principles in you daily life.
 YIS, Lester  :) JMO of Course    Scout Oath (or Promise)
 On my honor I will do my best   To do my duty to God and my country  and to obey the Scout Law;  To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong,  mentally awake, and morally straight.
 Scout Law  A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly,  courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
TheRainMaker:  Agree 100%. The truth of the matter is... (And I've seen this time and time again in my inustry) money usually just magnifies a persons disposition. If you were a generous, caring and awesome person before you came into money ...
Odds are those qualities will only be magnified... And same holds true if you were a jerk before you came into money... And nobody wants to be around jerk x's 10...
I'm just grateful this didn't go down 5 years ago... I wasn't mentally and spiritually prepared... I would have blown every penny... This time has shaped me and educated me and made me realize that there are real needs within our influence each and every day...
There will be no greater satisfaction than helping others... Giving them relief... Putting food in the fridge... Getting somebody reliable transportation. .. Putting shoes on somebody's feet. ..
The needs are endless and some needs however small can deeply impact a life... We have the opportunity to make a difference and show people that there is still good in the world. That decent people do exist... And that every human being matters. That is my dream...    A-Rak-I
Marion:   Neat A-Rak-I!   I think we have all changed in the past years with the wait, for me 3 1/2 years along with all our friends and family. Our focus is more narrowed, priorities in order, wisdom increased with solid research and seeking the Lord for directions. The excitement is just as real, but the seriousness of the times we live in brought a greater responsibility on handling such a blessing.
Ms Biz:  we all have our own unique story about how we came to know about this investment, how God has led us through it to it for it, for me what's most important is that I was chosen to believe in something that is way beyond anything I've ever experienced before,
it taught me if I can believe in this I can believe for greater, God has led each one of us in our own way through our own journey,  who's to say what one will do what the other will do,
in life we can't get it wrong all we do is learn along the way,
it's important to remember that to be in appreciation for what you have now, and also to be grateful that you were chosen,
 God gives us the desires of our hearts, its the desires he put there, everything will work out it always does, happy your way to the finish line through your journey there and everything else will be waiting for you..
Hopesway:  The hearts revealed here are truly kind, giving, and compassionate. What a gift! I too look forward to helping those in need in whatever form that takes.
Sometimes our compassion comes in the form of speaking truth. Truths that many don't want to hear. Truths that go against the kind, giving parts of us who want the world to all get along.
Sometimes we must allow our eyes to see and our ears to hear things we don't want to see or hear. That is often the hardest type of compassion to acknowledge and act upon.
Not everyone who seems to need help needs it. Not all peoples in the world have the same goal of unity and peace. God himself acknowledges there are evil people in the world. Look at the flood, Sodom and Gomorrah, and the money lenders in the temple. Now we have ISIS, satanists, radical Islamists, and many others.
I believe part of my responsibility in being wise with this blessing will be to pray for discernment and ears to hear where and to whom God is leading us. To be able to clearly distinguish Truth from deceit and evil intentions.
There are evil people in the world. There is deceit in our own country, our own state, our own city and sometimes in our own circles. Truth heard from God as best I can learn and discern, is above all the most important, clear and personal peace bringing goal I can achieve.
 Truth is so obscure in these times, and falsehood so established, that, unless we love the Truth, we cannot know it.    Blais Pascal
Marion:  My favorite Pastor said, "Money is a great servant but a terrible taskmaster."e
JugDawg1:  I go by the theory that happiness cannot be bought BUT.......................................... It can be rented. :rolleyes:
 Joking aside, if you ain't happy or contented now, all the cash in the world won't change that. Paul wrote over
2,000 years ago about being contented in wealth or poverty and he was of course..............spot on. ;)
Jhhop:  Spot on Jug!   I'm personally working on my life to make it better on the assumption that there will be NO RV - because I don't want to rely on external factors to rule my happiness.
This way I can be happy and try to make other people happy without an RV
 But I'm still holding my tiny stash of Dinars so that, come the Grand Event, I'll be happy and helping others... and have a rocket car
GregHi:  Hard to believe this Great post is almost a year old..
