The sources said that the central bank strongly opposed proposals credit-Maliki Iraqi currency reserves of $ 65 billion because it leads to a deterioration of the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar.
The sources, who asked not to be named, said the large Iraqi currency reserves which was completed under the administration Shabibi still under the eyes of devices Tamah and corrupt administrations used to reach out to public money.
And rejected the CBI proceedings by the Integrity Commission said it gross interference from the executive branch of the independence of the central bank.
