http://ift.tt/1U6Wejv

chattels: apparently there is some question by the members of Parliament as to exactly what is going on between Baghdad and Erbil or one group is attempting to embarrass another - I smell " a " Maliki

sczin11: ‹@chattels› HOW MANY TIMES CAN NEGOTIATIONS GO ON, REPEATING THEIR RESPECTIVE VIEWS/WISHES, WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT OR DISMISSAL?

WHATS THE POINT IN CONTINUING TO WASTE TIME ENERGY MONEY....

[05:13:34 AM] sczin11: WHY, IF THERE ARE SO MANY MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNMENT, MINISTRY HEADS, EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS, ECONOMISTS, ETC... STATING THE NEED TO PASS IMPORTANT LAWS, ARE THEY NOT EVEN ON THE AGENDA?

chattels: ‹@sczin11› Both sides are posturing publicaly and privately it occurs to me. Decision making in Iraq is not a transparent process - matters do not typically make the agenda unless and until there is an agreement. Public failure is to be avoided I think.

sczin11: STILL SLEEPING..SORRY..THE ABOVE SHOULD REFLECT THE REPORTED AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING THURSDAY

Doug_W: is there any credence to them going INtn'l on Aug 2nd?

sczin11: WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS THEY CLAIM TO FOLLOW, TWO OR THREE READING, THEN A VOTE, WITH DEBATE AND REWRITINGS AFTER SECOND,

THEN FOUR DAYS SUPPOSEDLY MINIMUM, BETWEEN READINGS,

THEN TO THE PRES FOR RATIFICATION, ANOTHER 15 DAYS, THEN TO THE GAZZETTE...

chattels: ‹@sczin11› not with the unconstitutional magic of the illusory " basket of laws "

sczin11: IMHO, THEIR ENTIRE ASSESSMENT OF THE EVENT SUPPOSEDLY COMMENCING ON THAT SAY, IS IMHO, FLAT OUT WRONG

sczin11: ‹@chattels› THE BASKET REFERRED TO, UNLESS BEING HELD INVISIBLE, STILL HAS RECORDS OF PRIOR READINGS ON HOR SITE

sczin11: IF THEY ARE INVISIBLE AT THIS TIME, THAT WOULD GO AGAINST ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROTOCOLS OF INTL COMMUNITY STANDARDS, TRANSPARENCY, THAT THEY CLAIM TO BE WORKING SO HARD TO ACCOMPLISH

sczin11: ‹@chattels› SOMETHING IS NOT ADDING UP HERE, IMHO

Doug_W: ‹@sczin11› ty

sczin11: THERE COMES A POINT, WHERE "SOME" LOGIC MUST PREVAIL...THE ENTIRE PROCESS CAN NOT BE "ALL" GRAY...THERE MUST BE SOME BLACK N WHITE...EVEN A SMALL TIDBIT

chattels: ‹@sczin11› we do not see all of the " numbers " therefore our " sum " is not and will never be accurate

sczin11: ‹@chattels› SEE ABOVE

chattels: professions of transparency do not for transparency make, IMO
