OOTW: CURRENTLY, THAT IS

chattels: Article 60: First: Draft laws shall be presented by the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers. Second; Proposed laws shall be presented by ten members of the Council of Representatives or by one of its specialized committees

chattels: origination of laws is not passage of course and lies within the province and purview of Parliament

chattels: Draft laws shall be presented by the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers

chattels: it may be that Massoum is " delegating " such draft legislation to Jubbouri

chattels: Article 61: The Council of Representatives shall be competent in the following: First: Enacting federal laws.

OOTW: YES CHATTELS, AGREED....THIS ISSUE OF "ORIGINATION" WAS "PASSED", HOWEVER, I'M STILL EVIDENCE THAT THE SJC CAN OVER RULE THE HOR

chattels: it appears to me that there are three stages to legislation, 1) drafted / originating with either the COM or the President, 2) proposal or presentation by " ten members of the Council of Representatives or by one of its specialized committees. ", and 3 ) enactment or passage by vote in the Parliament ( Council of Representatives )

sczin11: REMEMBER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, 100m $ INVOICE SCAM WITH MINISTER OF ENERGY, BUYING VACUUMS...

 [12:42:05 PM] forestnr4: ‹@BOBBY› Got the DesertPrincess in My Ladies comments section. http://ift.tt/1BNbnBC... Ladies ~ Hear, hear! I couldn't have said it better myself. Individuals that can't separate business/money and emotions are doomed.

Coming from one who Arabic is my first language, English, my second and a couple of others behind, I can tell you, if most can remember one golden rule, in this amazing experience of "Money movement" (business holistically) that involves global politics/financials it is; keep your eye on the ball,

 not the score board. Politics, back door deals, negotiations, etc., is the scoreboard; money is the ball. Most people globally (mainly Americans) want their cake and eat it too;

case in point, they want to profit off of our countries, currencies, (i.e., Dinar, etc.) yet, they preach and hide behind the moral fake cloak.

Sorry, we see right through it! If anyone is that concerned and can't morally agree with any deal that will come to fruition due to Iran having their sanctions lifted, or any other deal for that matter;

I suggest that, this would be a good a time as any to get off their high horse, and sell their Dinars.

There's no free lunch in this arena, (World of politics and economics; if you're not willing to scratch someone elses' back, don't expect, yours to be scratched). You will surely be left behind.

Welcome to high finance, power and political posturing.

As you mentioned, ML, innocent lives have been sacrificed on all levels and on many Contents, for the power and greed that is forever being chased by the Elite.

So, if I was you, I would count my blessings to be in the position you're in (a Dinar holder) in this moment and time, as you and I are about to be blessed as a byproduct of this powerful maneuver where money is moving globally, whether it is ethical or not.

You know darn well you would be running to the Bank tomorrow, if the CBI decides to play with numbers tonight.... Guess what, I bet all this "moral" mumbo jumbo would be o

keli15: Wow chattels good news. Thanks again just not too happy about not passing any laws like hcl article 140 etc

OOTW: Keli they had the first reading of the Federal Revenue Law - this is a great first step towards resolving issues of payment distributions between the Centre and the Regions including Kurdistan

OOTW: JUST FOUND THIS

OOTW: cabinet: archives tariff passport or identity card The Council of Ministers to simplify the procedures to adopt the archives and accounting employee violator to work this decision came in a statement by the Information Office of the Prime Minister that the Council of Ministers approved,

The office said in its statement that the council stressed accountability offending employee to work the contents of this resolution.

keli15: Wow looks like they are on their way in getting things done.

OOTW: YES, WE'LL SEE...I DON'T HOLD MY BREATH..ONE DAY AT A TIME

BOBBY: forestnr4..... thanks!!

keli15: Oh okay good idea. Was hoping to see an rv soon ootw

forestnr4: ‹@BOBBY› the entire comment did not copy. but finding out her heritage was the significant point.... :smile:

keli15: Sure looks like they still have a lot more to do.

forestnr4: ‹@BOBBY› Here is the last part of Desert Princess comment.....if the CBI decides to play with numbers tonight.... Guess what, I bet all this "moral" mumbo jumbo would be out the window, eh? Be blessed...

 Keep an open mind to take care of business, keep an open heart to give and receive. Things are never as they appear in life, especially in this BIG sand box!!! ;)

My gratitude, My Lady, for speaking truths and facts! DesertPrincess BTW, love your soap box! LOL "Leave what you don't benefit from; it takes from you but doesn't give you." ~ Arabic Proverb
