ALTHOUGH IRAQ IS NOT A STUMBLING BLOCK IT STILL PRESENTS A NEGATIVE TO MANY IN THE GLOBAL NEWS MEDIA WHICH THEY HAPPILY SHARE WITH US IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY.
AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE SEAN HANNITY'S DESCRIPTION OF IRAQ'S CURRENT SITUATION AS IS BEING IN SHAMBLES. OBVIOUSLY DONE FOR POLITICAL POSTURING, WHICH, AS A CONSERVATIVE I FIND TO BE VERY DISINGENUOUS.
THE PROBLEM WE HAVE IS THAT WE CANNOT GET THE TRUTH FROM ANY NEWS SOURCE THESE DAYS WHICH MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NOT KEPT UP WITH THE DAILY DRAMA IN DINARVILLE.

LIA: AWAKE IN 3D UPDATE ~ JULY 23rd, 2016
Howdy! Yesterday on the Wingit Call I stated that positive movement is very much happening along GCR exchange processes.
I also said it is unlikely that there will be any definitive exchange (spendable) actions taken over this weekend.
I dislike making these statements (and I was incorrect with my "last broke weekend" prediction the week before last).
I am awaiting a further update/indication as to the exchange process status today - definitive information, not "banks are ready" type "intel".
Many components of this event have been "ready" for a long time. IT systems, banks, administrative personnel, notification mechanisms, and now, even the funds are ready to the best of my knowledge at this time. Yet, there is some "thing" missing, or left undone.
Perhaps it is just the logistical process at this point, ticking away. For me to go into details about who, what and when is really just passive info and is not going to increase or decrease the progress in the exchange process for us. So for now, we do what we do best... we wait.
But it is coming, there is NO doubt about that! :)

Don961: Trade establish 197 national companies and record 9 Office of foreign companies during the month of June
Economy News / Baghdad announced the registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Department said the cadres of the department completed the founding of transactions (197) and a national company and (9) the Office of the foreign company during the month of June, said Ferial Akram Abdullah, Director General of the department in a statement received by the "Economy News", a copy of it,
said the department has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between the capital increase and the integration of the accounts of the company and the liquidation of an accounting firm, adding that he was also recording nine representative office of a foreign company and recording two branches of foreign companies and documented 199 companies registered and pointing lecturer and forwarding (279) company to Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions.
She noted that the department has studied the final accounts of the number of national companies (1986) and the national company as well as the integration of 32 companies accounts and capital increase (44) company and a settling of accounts (23) company and modify held one joint-stock company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for (78 ) a company.
Pointing to the circle's ratification of the minutes of the constituent meetings of companies, Ltd. of (128) in addition to the ratification of the record (34) special Minutes meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the General Authority for individual companies limited the decisions of the (1022) decision.
