30.04.2016 14:15 {Baghdad: Euphrates News} decided the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, the postponement of the parliamentary session today to next week.
According to a parliamentary source told {Euphrates News} that "the Presidency, adjourned the hearing until next week due to lack of quorum for the contract is completed."

Called on President Fuad Masum, Saturday, the demonstrators to vacate the parliament building and not compromising its members and staff of public and private property, as demanded Prime Ministers Haider al-Abadi, parliament Saleem al-Jubouri and leaders of parliamentary blocs to conduct the reshuffle desired and "buried" quotas partisan and factional system.
Masum said in a statement received / balances News /, a copy of it, "We call on all our people, especially the demonstrators were to prevail calm and law-abiding and self-restraint and not to prejudice any of the members of the House of Representatives and employees of public and private property and to evacuate the building,"
calling Abadi al-Jubouri and leaders of the blocks to "make a cabinet reshuffle intended and implementation of political and administrative reforms and the fight against corruption, and consider that buried quotas partisan and factional system task no longer be postponed at all."
The infallible "superfluous victory in the battle against terrorism requires setting the protection of the stability of Iraq and supreme interests and status and prestige in the international community over any other interests, calling on everyone to adhere to the principles of democratic dialogue and the preservation of constitutional life and maintain security and order."
He called infallible political forces to "double the urgent and serious efforts to solve problems to meet the demands of the people and achieve its interests and improve his living conditions, and to show high sense of national responsibility and put the interests of all Iraqis above any other interests."
He continued, "We are hoping and trusting that everyone takes into account all of that and strive together for a serious and persistent work on self-control and to provide the right atmosphere for a peaceful work of democratic and constitutional moves forward to reform and preserve the unity of Iraq and its democratic system" .anthy 29 / p 18

The roads have been worked on with fence...and high security for the past 4 weeks........ I posted this several times...... We will see how this plays out......But the announcement will come from Najaf......
