I had hoped for the possibility that there were sufficient numbers of MP's willing to attend to make a quorum without the " Reform Front ".
chattels: My sense is, and has been, that the Kurdish MP's are in or will appear in Baghdad, but they are not going to appear for attendance at Parliament unless and until that presence will constitute a quorum.
