"History was Made" - Intel SITREP - Sunday - 5.29.16
Good Morning, Last night history was made.
And while few knew of the events occurring inside the White House all day Saturday and into Sunday morning, know that after 146 of foreign occupation our Republic of the United States was fully restored since being covertly overthrown in 1871.
There was no media coverage of this American sovereignty restoration, but it was done by the free will of American born leaders, on American soil
As of this morning, all new Republic citizens have a benevolent democratic government, military agenda of protection versus aggression, revised diplomatic strategy of global cooperation less the need for superpower dominance and yes a new currency backed printed by our own Republic Treasury and collateralized by our own vaulted gold bullion in Texas.
Everything that needed to happen in order to be considered in good international standing via treaty has happened, Meaning, this seemingly endless GCR/RV odyssey final ends this weekend with a pleasurable, safe and massively abundant redemption event as our victory cigar.
Very soon you will be asked to do your part in restoring our Republic when you get the unprecedented opportunity to enter an off-site banking redemption center, by appointment, and economically rehydrate your personal dignity, family name, community coffers and country's reservoir of assets.

wmawhite IMO...as the IMF, MoF and CBI agreed to..."to move away from the MCPs" [Multi Currency Practice] ...the only way for that to happen is to reduce the auction to an absolute minimum...and...in order to reduce the flow of USD into the local market is to instruct the Iraqi banks to start paying/settling the foreign remittances in IQD.
I read on the IMF site and the exchange of foreign currencies are to reside within the local banks...not at the CBI as the auctions are currently...think about it...we know as fact, that back in December 2015...the IMF, CBI and Mof agreed to move away from the MCPs...which are a result of the auctions.
We see more effort to clean up the corruption at a lot of these banks. And why? why now?
Because...IMO...the bulk of the foreign exchange activities will reside in the local banks...not at the CBI...in the near future. IMO...there will always be a need for some form of the auctions...however, they will be greatly reduced...
BUT, can not reduce them until the CBI gives the green light to the banks to start paying those foreign bills (foreign remittances) in IQD.

To me, Frank is pointing out 5-28. BIS gave Iraq approval on 4-28. I believe Delta gave an "example" of when you fill out loan doc's. If the approval of your loan goes past those 30 days, you have to send them updated doc's to reflect your bank accounts, credit cards etc. Any way, that's what I got from it
