The Minister stressed that the ministry must be a role model for companies operating in order to improve their performance through a commitment to administrative standards to deliver exceptional service to the citizen according to the specifications set by these standards.
This is noted that the Directorate General of Meteorological've got the ISO certificate as the ports and the private transport companies and the civil aviation authority and lines the Iraqi air will complete the procedures for granting the certificate of ISO (quality) for the advancement of performance of service to the citizen Karim and upgrading work.
