Haider al-Abadi spoke after the military operation in Iraq Ramadi today and Isis after the country's flag on the tallest building in downtown installed. Ramadi is the biggest failure of the ISIS release which control large areas of northern Syria and Iraq eighteen months ago took. Kasra Naji reports.
