Tootsie: I , personally, know of a few who fell for some of the 'nonsense' - one and a group of his friends went to NY, were guaranteed to have a wire transfer in their banks by Tuesday ~ guess what! NEVER HAPPENED. their dinar are gone, along with expenses to get to NY etc

Tootsie: and don't forget the many who went to Reno, sat in a room waiting, waiting --- sure. never saw their dinar again also.
 
Tootsie: This is just the tip of the iceberg. You are more intelligent than to fall for any such 'scheme' . There will be only one rate, and it will be when internationally acceptable legal tender. and will be worldwide.
 
Tootsie: If I remember correctly, CBI will announce, will be picked up by the markets (forex) and then the banks. All will be a very quick process.
