chattels: Note : President Masum has yet to ratify the budget from all that I have read. Now the Abadi cabinet has decided to file suit over the budget law as passed.
 
 chattels: Apparently the " appeal " relates to additions by the Parliament made after approval of the budget bill by the Cabinet and forwarded to Parliament for a vote. What are those " additions " ?
 
chattels: I cannot say for certain, but it may relate to the disposition of surplus oil revenues from the Kurdistan Region.
