I decided to go on Periscope for myself to ask someone in Iraq what the rate was.
I was surprised when He told me the rate is 100 USD to 122 IQD.

Sweetmoves1: It sounds like to me 1 USD = 1.25 IQD or 1 IQD = .80 cents. I don't have an actual video screen of the price. Periscope is a video social media site. The guy was sitting in cafe when I asked him. He would have to hold his phone up to a PC that showed the rates or take his phone into the bank and record the bank screens which I doubt would happen. I followed him so I will ask him again when he go live.

Cookndrive: An Iraqi in country said that the exchange rate is 125 Dinar/ $100, which is aprox. $0.82 per Dinar... He seemed to do a lot of thinking, before coming up with the rate...???
daz :RELAX GUYS..ITS ALL GOOD....IF ITS .82 IN COUNTRY..YOU STIL HAVE TO CALCULATE IN THE EXCHANGE RATE MULTIPLIER FOR A RATE HERE IN THE US OR OTHER COUNTRIES…..THE ESTABISHED EXCHANGE RATE MULTIPLIER IS DIFFERENT IN EACH COUNTRY...AND THE MULTIPLIER IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH AND EVERY CURRENCY CONTEMPLATEDFOR EXCHANGE..THE MULTIPLIER IS A FUNCTON TO ACHIEVE A PARITY OF ECONOMIES AND CURRENCY UPON TRADE.

Baghdad - INA / announced member of the parliamentary finance committee, Masood Haider, on Sunday, the government not to send amendments to the 2016 budget, likely to discuss the budget and voting upon the middle of this month.
Haider said, for "the official Iraqi News Agency," "The federal government did not send so far the terms of the amendments, which took place on the state budget for next year 2016."
He added that "the Committee pending the amendments, which stopped because of the general budget debate within the Commission until sent," Msttrda "We do not know the reason for the delay by the government."
But Haider pointed out that "it is supposed to discuss the budget and voting upon the middle of this month."
