chattels: It may be that the multiple positions of vice president and deputy prime minister were adopted " administratively " and may not require " formal " constitutional amendment and more within the purview of the executive with the " consent " of Parliament, whatever " consent " may mean.

OOTW: The federal judiciary announced the relocation of the court investigation of money laundering and economic crime to the Presidency of the resumption of Karkh based Zora Court, and linking them in addition to crimes and misdemeanors and achieve integrity, headed by the resumption of the Federal Karkh.
The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the federal judiciary, said that "the Supreme Judicial Council to investigate the relocation of the specialized court to consider issues of money laundering and economic crime to the courthouse in Karkh (Zora) court."
He added that "the angel of the Court of judges and members of the general allegation and staff linked to the resumption of the Court of Karkh, after they were linked to al-Rusafa Court of Appeals."
