Interior Minister Mr. Mohammed Salem Al-Ghabban met with leaders of the ministry to discuss preparations and preparations to secure the demonstrations that citizens planned to organize on Friday, in coordination with the Baghdad operations.
He stressed that the police forces to be ready to provide services to the demonstrators and miss the opportunity to both tempted to attack the demonstrators, and to provide all facilities that provide smooth flow of movement, as well as the maintenance of the land is to be set up by the demonstration area locked accurately.

OOTW: Within the above context, the accession process can be categorized into a four stage process of multilateral and bilateral negotiation.
