SO THEY ARE GONNA ACTIVATE SOME NEW FINANCIAL STRATEGIES THAT HAVE BEEN DONE DISCRETELY OR "SECRETLY"...AND including in particular what has been a chieved in cooperation with international organizations.
SO WHATEVER THESE DISCREET "SECRET" NEW FINANCIAL STRATEGIES ARE THEY HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WITH HELP FROM THE WB/IMF/UN/PTB.
This and all of these reforms are with the complete cooperation of the Kurds, the proven to be supremely influential religious authority, and all ministries and does not have to be voted on by Parliament.
So whatever this is, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out,
it is not just being called for..... but about to be implemented immediately.
