Yes, thank you for clarifying that. However, forgive me for not being clearer. I was trying to point out that the RV, after project releases, could change the projects budgets.
In other words, if projects are denominated in dollars and those dollars loose 5-6% of their value after the RV, there would be a 5-6% shortfall in project budgets.
RMB project denomination might be a better choice for that reason, even if project business plans are in dollars. This way, should the dollar lose some value post RV, there will not be any shortfall. Just a thought.
ACTUALLY, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE REALLY. IF WE LOSE SOME PERCENTAGE ON THE CONVERSIONS, SO BE IT.

THE MISSION TO BRING THE DARK TO THE LIGHT IS AN ONGOING BATTLE, AND WHY SO MANY HAVE DIED.

Give the process at least a few years before investing in the markets. Allow them to stabilize first. No one but the Family knows the game plan. They know exactly the methodology they will use to intervene. We don't and can't begin to anticipate their moves.
Diversify with currencies and other hard assets after the reset. Just sit on them until there is real clarity or do a project.

Regarding the issue of pre-screening. This goes deeper than what most people think. One thing is to screen a recipient of the new asset funds and it is another thing to track those funds to see where they go.
