OOTW & Sczin11 Impromptu Chat 6-29-15 Part 2 of 3

Post From Wealthwatch.world Chat Room - Part 2 of 3

OOTW: I'M GOING TO POST TWO VERSIONS OF THE SAME ARTICLE AND BOTH FROM THE SAME WEBSITE 'ALGHAD PRESS'

OOTW: SECOND VERSION

OOTW: Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: condition of the International Monetary Fund for Iraq electricity pricing application planned versus scheduled to give him a loan to help the financial position of $ 833 million.

A source in the Council of Ministers for "tomorrow Press," that "the IMF stipulated a series administrative reforms, and facilities trade and currency, in addition to the removal of subsidies on many exchange resources related to the citizen,"

noting that "the Council of Ministers will discuss the requirements of the Fund at its scheduled day Tuesday ". He explained that "the Ministry of Electricity supported the implementation of this requirement, after making minor changes to the pricing proposed by the earlier,

and caused a stir at the street," noting that "electricity and promised not to raise wages for poor groups that do not spend more than a thousand units per month."

The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi was met with senior officials at the International Monetary Fund, and asked them to help Iraq to hold administrative and economic reforms, and the development of private sector and currency in Iraq,

and promised to fund to provide loans to support the reforms, bypassing Iraq fiscal stayed with him, as opposed to the Iraqi government's commitment to the terms of the most prominent raise some of the material for the huge financial support.

OOTW: VERY INTERESTING QUOTE HERE

OOTW: "The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi was met with senior officials at the International Monetary Fund, and asked them to help Iraq to hold administrative and economic reforms, and the development of private sector and currency in Iraq, and promised to fund to provide loans to support the reforms, bypassing Iraq fiscal"

OOTW: SO THIS TRANSLATION OF THE ARTICLE, IS BASICALLY SAYING THAT PART OF THE 833M LOAN FROM THE IMF WILL BE USED TO COVER THE COST OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE PEOPLE TOO POOR TO AFFORD IT.

AND, THAT IRAQ AND IMF ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO IMPROVE ECONOMIC REFORMS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES –

IE TO ALLOW THE TOOLS BY WHICH TO GIVE THE POOR SO THEY CAN AFFORD ELECTRICITY.

OOTW: THE FIRST ARTICLE IS FROM SCZIN11

OOTW: SO HERE'S THIS

OOTW: SCZIN11'S FIND FROM FACE IRAQ, AND ALSO, BTW, AT FACE IRAQ, IS LISTED AS ALSO HAVING COME FROM ALGHAD PRESS - IS SAYING THIS ALSO, BUT (ALSO) STATING :

"A source in the Council of Ministers for "tomorrow Press," that "the IMF stipulated a series administrative reforms, and facilities trade and currency,

in addition to the removal of subsidies on many exchange resources related to the citizen," noting that "the Council of Ministers will discuss the requirements of the Fund at its scheduled day Tuesday ".

THIS PARAGRAPH (AGAIN FROM SCZIN11'S ARTICLE) IS SAYING THAT IRAQ IS WORKING WITH THE IMF TO REDUCE THE COST TO BUY CURRENCY BY PUTTING IN PLACE "A SERIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS".

OOTW: AND IS SAYING THE COM IS GOING TO MEET OVER THIS ISSUE

OOTW: TOMORROW

OOTW: PRIMARY THING TO THINK ABOUT HERE IS THAT THE GOI DOESN'T NEED TO CONSULT WITH THE IMF RE WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR ELECTRICITY –

SO IN CASE ANYONE'S THOUGHTS WENT THERE..THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE.

ALSO, THERE'S NO OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT (OF COURSE) FROM THE IMF ON THIS –

AS WE KNOW IT'S USUALLY A MINIMUM OF 14 TO 30+ DAYS BEFORE WE SEE ANYTHING OFFICIAL PUBLISHED AT THE IMF SITE. THIS COULD PROVE TO BE A TELLING ARTICLE...WE WATCH AND WAIT

OOTW: NOW I'M GOING TO PULL IN SOMETHING ELSE

OOTW: AND YES THIS IS AN IMPROMPTU CHAT

OOTW: HERE'S THIS STRAIGHT FROM THE PARLIAMENT SITE

OOTW: Third: The vote on the draft amendment to the Law of the fifth law of public companies No. (22) for the year 1997. ( Commission of Economy and currency ), (2 article).

Cricket22: ‹@OOTW› Hi there! You have my attention :)

OOTW: "Third: The vote on the draft amendment to the Law of the fifth law of public companies No. (22) for the year 1997. ( Commission of Economy and currency ), (2 article)."

sczin11: ‹@OOTW› YOU MUST BE OLD..U R REPEATING YOURSELF

OOTW: I'VE NEVER SEEN ANY COMMISSION MENTIONED BEFORE, CALLED "COMMISSION OF ECONOMY AND CURRENCY" NOR HAVE I EVER SEEN THIS ON AN AGENDA ANNOUNCEMENT...EVER

OOTW: IT'S OK

OOTW: I'M DRIVING SOMETHING 'HOME"

sczin11: ‹@OOTW› PLZ CONTINUE, AND DRIVE SAFE

OOTW: REMEMBER LAST WEEK THE GOI CAME OUT AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO LEGISLATE FOR THE CBI - BECAUSE MOHSEN SAID HE COULDN'T CONTROL THE AMOUNTS OF THE AUCTIONS - HE HAD TO EXCEED THE CAP

Doug_W: NO but go on PLZ

OOTW: YESTERDAY THE MARKET RATE SEEMED TO BE FALLING IN LINE, AND YESTERDAY WE SAW ARTICLES STATING THAT "TOMORROW" THE MARKET RATE WOULD BE GOING BACK UP

OOTW: AND IT DID

OOTW: THERE'S NO WAY MOHSEN CAN CONTROL THE MONEY LAUNDERING WITH SUCH HIGH AUCTIONS

OOTW: NO WAY

OOTW: HE DEFINITELY DOESN'T HAVE CONTROL OVER WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH THE DINAR/DOLLARS IN THE IRAQI STREETS

OOTW: THERE COULD BE SOME QUESTION AS TO WHY?

OOTW: AS WE'VE SURMISED

OOTW: IS HE FUNNELING MONIES FOR MALIKI? IDK

OOTW: IS THE CORRUPTION COMING FROM THE ACCUSED "GOVT OFFICIALS", THEN THE MONIES BEING FILTERED FROM THEIR CRONIES, ONTO THE STREET AND FUNNELED UPWARDS TO THE CBI? IDK

OOTW: OR...ARE THERE MORE RESERVES OF DINAR IN THE BANKS FROM THE CORRUPTION BY MALIKI - AND WE'RE AS WELL AS THE GOI AND PEOPLE NOT BEING TOLD ABOUT IT,

AND THEN IT'S BEING PASSED ONTO MALIKI CRONIES, AND THEN FLOODING THE STREETS

OOTW: ?

OOTW: IDK

OOTW: EITHER WAY

OOTW: HOW CAN THE AUCTIONS BE SO HIGH IF THEY HAVE A LIQUIDITY ISSUE?

OOTW: I JUST THINK THERE'S SOMETHING EXTREMELY FISHY GOING ON HERE –

AND MAYBE PEOPLE PLACED IN HIGH PLACES ARE BEING USED TO CONTROL WHAT'S ON THE STREETS AND THIS RESULTS IN THE FLIP FLOPPING OF WHAT'S ON THE STREETS..

ONE DAY ENOUGH DINAR/AND LOW AUCTION COSTS TO BUY THE DOLLAR..THE OTHER DAY NOT ENOUGH DINAR AND HIGH RATES TO BUY THE DOLLAR

sczin11: IN OTHER WORDS FOLKS, WHERE ARE THE DINAR COMING FROM TO PURCHASE ALL THOSE DOLLARS...

OOTW: YES, SCZIN11 -SOMETHING CRAZY IS GOING ON

Doug_W: yup I get it 11

OOTW: AND I HAVE TO WONDER IF THE PROBLEMS WITH MALIKI COMING TO A HEAD NOW ARE NOT JUST BY COINCIDENCE, CONNECTED WITH THE GOI'S REVIEW OF MONETARY REFORM AND WHETHER KEYWORDS CAN GET HIS ACT TOGETHER

sczin11: IS IT POSSIBLE THIS WAS PART OF THE PLAN BY MALIKI.

OOTW: THERE JUST FEELS LIKE THERE'S SOME KIND OF SYNCHRONICITY WITH ALL THIS...I JUST CAN'T PROVE ANYTHING

sczin11: WHY HAS THE SJC NOT RULLED PUBLICLY ANYHOW, ON THE 75 MILLION CAP LAWSUIT

OOTW: MALIKI CERTAINLY SEEMS TO HAVE HAD THE FUNDS TO FLOOD EITHER THE CBI RESERVES OR THE STREETS

OOTW: JUST AN "OUT THERE" THOUGHT

OOTW: EXACTLY -

OOTW: SCZIN11
OOTW: PERHAPS THEY GOI AND THE SJC (CUZ WE KNOW MAHMOUD HAD A COME TO ALLAH MEETING WITH THE GOI) ARE WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES TO ADDRESS THIS?

OOTW: INTERESTING PLOT LINES GOING ON HERE

OOTW: I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS WEDNESDAY IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES...I CANNOT BELIEVE THE OUTRAGEOUS ACTS BY THE SLC...THEY'RE VERY SCARED

OOTW: IF NOT, THEY WOULDN'T BE ISSUING THREATS THROUGH THE MEDIA RIGHT AFTER JOBOURI AND ABADI HELD MEETINGS SUPPORTING THE IRAQI PRESS EFFORTS/WORKING WITH THE GOI

sczin11: UNBELIEVABLE TO THINK AT A TIME WHEN THEY ARE SUPOSEDLY CLEANING UP THEIR ACT, BECOMING INTERNATIONALLY COMPLIANT, THAT THIS COULD BE GOING ON

whitelions: yes they are and running lol

Satrib: stepping back for just a second and lookingat all you've put here.....makes me wonder if Abadi, et al, aren't letting Alaq hang himself

jarhead: r we slowly coming to fruition maybe

OOTW: YES AND SO WE HAVE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FROM JOBOURI, MASSUM AND ABADI

jarhead: maybe maybe

"

The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, said in a press statement yesterday, for the meeting of the three presidencies during this week for the purpose of coordi

whitelions: ‹@Satrib› imo yes b/c the laws they need to make it all stick are about to come in to play

OOTW: for the meeting of the three presidencies during this week for the purpose of coordination of positions, the resolution of the contract and the crisis mentality of statesmen, "stressing" the importance of holding such meetings in the light of the security and the current political situation ".anthy

OOTW: NOTICE HOW SUPPOSEDLY PASSED LAWS PUBLISHED AT THE PARLIAMENT SITE AS PASSED, STILL HAVE NOT BEEN UPLOADED AT THE GAZETTE

OOTW: YES I'M BACKING YOU UP HERE WHITELIONS

OOTW: EITHER THE SJC IS HOLDING THEM UP OR THE SJC HAS WORKED OUT A DEAL TO TRY TO GET THE PARLIAMENT MAJORITY VOTING RULES UNDER CONTROL BEFORE THEY CAN UPLOAD THESE AND ALSO WE HAVE TO HAVE THESE PROXY MINISTRIES SEATED

jarhead: im seeing positive news from other sites too

Satrib: it's almost like a hurricane building with Maliki's soon to be arrest right in the eye of it

OOTW: AND MAHMOUD'S SUPPOSED RECEIPT OF PROPERTIES FROM THE SADAAM ERA - WELL, THIS IS GOING TO BRING HIM DOWN WHEN THE PARTIES LAW GETS PASSED

OOTW: A LOT'S COMING TO A HEAD RIGHT NOW AND THAT'S WHY MALIKI AND HIS GOONS ARE FREAKING OUT

MrDiagy: ‹@OOTW› Have you heard anything about the festival they are having next month, with neighboring countries in attendance?

OOTW: DIAGY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THE BAGHDAD INTERNATIONAL FAIR?

The whole middle east seems to be a cesspool (just ramblin) Of course again it could happen any day

MrDiagy: ‹@OOTW› Mayvbe?
