Backdoc » June 24th, 2015, 10:55 pm  QUAZY WABBIT!!!

AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF RABBIT HUNTING AND STICKING THE DOG’S NOSE DOWN SEVERAL RABBIT HOLES IT QUICKLY BECAME EVIDENT THAT I WAS ELMER FUDD!! HEE HEE

THE QUAZY WABBITS WERE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE! MMMM

FROM LAWS THAT NEEDED TWEAKING, TO CBI GOVERNOR DRAMA IN IRAQ TO GREECE DRAMA AND YET TRADE NEGOTIATIONS GOING ON SECRETLY! MMMMM

WELL, HERE’S MY TAKE ON THE SITUATION RIGHT OR WRONG.

....
Picture
WHAT I SEE IS FIAT CURRENCIES WAITING TO COLLAPSE! WAITING? YEP WAITING!

BY NOW YOU ALL KNOW WE HAVE SEEN INTENSE NEGOTIATIONS GOING ON GLOBALLY WITH TRADE!

AS I’VE BEEN SAYING FOR SOME TIME NOW TRADE IS THE GUARANTEE THAT INSURES THE VALUE OF A COUNTRIES CURRENCY NOT JUST ASSETS ABOVE AND IN THE GROUND!

WE HAVE WATCHED THIS PROCESS PROGRESSING BY CONGRESS GIVING PRESIDENT OBAMA TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE TRADE THROUGH THE TPA, "TRADE PROMOTIONAL AUTHORITY”! THEN ON JUNE 12TH THAT AUTHORITY BECAME IN QUESTION!

NOW IN RECENT DAYS IT APPEARS OBAMA HAS BEEN GARNERING THE SUPPORT OF HOUSE REPUBLICANS, NOW ISN’T THAT A TWIST OF FATE! MMMM

I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT LET’S GET TO THE REAL ISSUE HERE. WHAT I THINK WE NEED TO SEE IS A COMPLETION OF NEGOTIATIONS ON THESE TRADE DEALS BEFORE WE SEE A RATE, HOPEFULLY IN JULY!

HOW CAN THE EMPIRE GIVE UP THE OLD SYSTEM UNLESS IT CAN GUARANTEE VALUE OF A NEW DOLLAR STARTING IN THE NEW FISCAL YEAR (OCTOBER 1ST)? IT CAN’T!

WARS ARE STARTED AND FOUGHT OVER CURRENCY AND TRADE AS HISTORY TELLS US!

I BELIEVE OZ IS BEHIND THE SCENES WORKING HARD WITH OUR GOVT. LIAISON IN CRAFTING THESE COMPLICATED TRADE DEALS!

REALIZE THAT EVERY COUNTRY HAS TO GIVE UP SOMETHING AND THEY HAVE TO GET SOMETHING IN RETURN! WHEN EVENTUALLY PASSED, CURRENCIES CAN BE CONTROLLED THROUGH THESE TRADE ARRANGEMENTS!

AS I’VE SAID MANY TIMES, ALL COUNTRIES HAVE UNIQUE RESOURCES TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD! LET ME USE AN EXAMPLE I’VE USED BEFORE. REMEMBER THE BIG HURT OBAMA PUT ON OUR COAL BUSINESS? RIGHT! WHY DO YOU THINK HE DID THAT? BECAUSE VIETNAM GETS COAL PRODUCTION!!

VIETNAM HAS AN ABUNDANCE OF THE STUFF! I GUESS FROSTY THE SNOWMAN WILL HAVE TO SHIP IN HIS NEW EYES EVERY YEAR NOW FROM U.P.S. SINCE THEY WILL BE HUGE IN VIETNAM! POOR GUY WOULD MELT OTHERWISE! LOL

SLAP! GET BACK TO WORK DOC! OH SORRY! OK, I GOT DISTRACTED!

THAT’S ONE OF THE THINGS WE HAD TO GIVE UP! VIETNAM HAS CHEAP LABOR COSTS SO THAT WILL BE BETTER FOR THE EMPIRE TO GET THE COST CHEAPER!

THAT IS JUST ONE EXAMPLE OF COUNTRY AFTER COUNTRY DEALS GOING ON! I COULD POP YOUR EYEBALLS IF I TALKED ABOUT OIL BUT I’M NOT GOING THERE NOW!

WE ARE SEEING IMMIGRANTS BEING DROPPED OFF IN THE UK AND OTHER COUNTRIES! MMMM. I GUESS OBAMA DECIDED TO SHIP SOME THROUGH OUR BORDERS AND A FEW I GUESS ARE GETTING DROPPED OFF IN SOUTH CAROLINA TOO. MMMM

MY GUESS IS WE ARE SEEING COOPERATION AMONG COUNTRIES ON HOW TRADE IS GOING TO BE SPREAD AROUND THE 12 MEMBER NATIONS IN THE TRADE PAC! THERE SEEMS TO BE A PARITY OR LEVEL PLAYING FIELD BEING PUT IN PLAY BEHIND THE SCENES!

WHAT WILL AN AMERICA LOOK LIKE TO OTHER NATIONS IN THE NEW FISCAL YEAR? MMMMM. MAYBE I SHOULDN’T SPEAK OF THIS FOR NOW! WHAT WE WAIT FOR IMO, IS FOR THESE NEGOTIATIONS TO CONCLUDE IN EARLY JULY!!

WITH THE HOUSE PASSING THE FAST TRACK TRADE NEGOTIATIONS FOR OBAMA AND NOW TONIGHT THE SENATE PASSING ITS PART, ALL IS GREEN LIGHTS!

IT LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF THE OTHER OTHER RABBIT HOLES ARE CONCLUDING IN JULY AS WELL AREN’T THEY? MMMM.

VIDEO: Senate passes trade 'fast track,' handing Obama a major victory

The Senate voted Wednesday to give President Barack Obama "fast track" authority to negotiate trade deals—one of the final steps in a long political battle that pitted the White House against House Democrats.

The bill—which passed 60-38 in the Senate—will be sent to the president's desk later this afternoon, but it was not immediately clear when he would sign it.

Unions and most congressional Democrats say free-trade deals cost U.S. jobs and reward countries that pollute and mistreat workers. Obama and most Republican leaders say U.S. products must reach broader markets.

After killing one version of fast track (also known as Trade Promotion Authority, or TPA), the House eventually voted last week to pass the measure.

The Senate plans to vote on three other trade-related bills. One would extend a job retraining program for workers displaced by international trade. That program requires House approval, too.

On Tuesday, Senators voted 60-37 to streamline the debate process—a key victory for the Obama-backed measure.

Senate passage Wednesday of fast-track authority boosts Obama's hopes for a 12-nation Pacific-rim trade agreement. Members include Japan, Malaysia, Mexico and Canada.

In addition to the traditional arguments for trade deals, administration officials and many Republicans contend that the so-called Trans-Pacific Partnership would help underscore the U.S. pivot toward Asia—and establish Washington's system in a part of the world increasingly influenced by Chinese interests.

TPA means that the White House can present its finalized trade deals to Congress, and the legislature is only given the option of voting for or against the agreement—not amending the terms.

Most trade experts interviewed by CNBC say that would-be trade partners are unwilling to sign onto an agreement if the president isn't given fast track status: They fear that Congress would otherwise disassemble any hard-fought terms. Administration officials, however, have said they would not be wholly stymied if TPA fails.

The TPP, potentially a legacy-defining achievement for Obama, would be the biggest free trade agreement in a generation. It would cover 40 percent of the world economy and raise annual global economic output by nearly $300 billion.

Negotiators say a deal on the TPP, which would open new markets for U.S. exporters such as Caterpillar and Microsoft, could be wrapped up within weeks once countries are sure U.S. lawmakers will not pick the deal apart afterward.

ThunderHawk:  Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement Possible in July

Japan's Economic and Fiscal Policy Minister Akira Amari said that Trans-Pacific Partnership could reach a broad agreement by the end of July.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a hotly-debated trade deal between the United States and the major Asian-Pacific economies, could reach a broad agreement by the end of July, the Japan's Economic and Fiscal Policy Minister Akira Amari said Wednesday.

"I think a ministerial meeting will be held in July. We need to reach a broad agreement in July. I think that is possible," Amari told reporters, as quoted by Kyodo news agency.
Amari's statement comes after a Tuesday decision by the US Senate to take a new vote on Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) legislation that would allow President Barack Obama to bypass Congress when signing trade deals, such as TPP. The Senate's vote is expected on Wednesday.

Should the Senate adopt the TPA, "each nation will play the last card and we will make substantial progress toward concluding TPP," said Amari, who represents Japanese interests regarding the agreement.

The negotiations on the controversial agreement are shrouded in secrecy. The signing of the TPP would secure commercial agreements between the United States and 11 other countries, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico and Malaysia among them. The deal is expected to cover about 40 percent of the global economy.

hld-China takes first step to ratify BRICS Bank agreement- Xinhua
4 Hours Ago

BEIJING, June 24 (Reuters) - China's parliament has taken its first step towards ratifying an agreement with the world's largest emerging nations to create a developmental bank, state news agency Xinhua said on Wednesday.

The New Development Bank, also known as the BRICS Bank, is one of two international development banks that China is promoting as an alternative to western institutions such as the World Bank.

The National People's Congress Standing Committee, China's top parliament body, had started reviewing the agreement between Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa to create the bank, Xinhua quoted Vice Finance Minister Shi Yaobin as saying.

Shi was quoted as saying that China would inject $10 billion into the bank once the Chinese parliament has ratified the agreement, adding that Russia and India had ratified the agreements in April.

China has pledged to contribute a total of $41 billion to the New Development Bank, giving it the largest voting right at 39.5 percent.

The bank, which will be headquartered in Shanghai, will first be led by an Indian, followed by a Brazilian and then a Russian.

China has also led the creation of a new Asian development bank, known as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, which counts among its 57 member countries nations such as Britain and Germany.
