Getting the picture?? Every time the GOI (the government of Iraq) appears to get things going - for instance - getting close to implementing Customs and Tariffs (these Laws are already passed), right near the "go date" someone, somewhere seems to stall things... These latest rumblings against Maliki and Alak are VERY HEARTENING!! |
