Donnie: A source familiar with: infallible refuse to sign the dismissal of his deputies
Donnie: BAGHDAD / Sky Press, confirmed early on Thursday, a political source, that the president refuses to sign the dismissal of three of his deputies, while pointed out that the reason for his refusal is not his science reforms by the Prime Minister, explained that there are legal proceedings taken by Khalid Huani in connection with the subject.

The source said that "the president Fuad Masum, declined to ratify the decision to sack three of his deputies Nuri al-Maliki and Iyad Allawi and Osama Najafi and the only direction to reduce the staff offices of the Vice-Presidents by 50%."

Donnie: another article from "A source".

*SCZIN11: ‹@Donnie› I BELIEVE "A SOURCE" HAS BEEN GIVEN A RAISE IN SALARY, SO HE/SHE FEELS OBLIGED TO COME OUT AND SPEAK

MichelleL: geez its all like greek to me - Maliki is still in iraq, and still free, and still in the palace, no?

chattels: ‹@Donnie› Actually your article offers a good explanation of the inconsistencies we are seeing I think

chattels: ‹@MichelleL› " the Vice-President ( * Maliki and Allawi )are still engaged in official business in the bureau as deputy to infallible ( * Masum ) in spite of the abolition of office by the Prime Minister earlier."

MichelleL: ‹@chattels› in other words, nothing has really changed regarding his status?

MichelleL: despite all the "orders" to vacate, abolishment of position etc?

chattels: I have cited an article previously that stated that Maliki and Allawi have filed suit with the Judiciary to appeal the Abadi dismissal of them as unconstitutional

MichelleL: nothing changes... Thanks Chattels

chattels: ‹@MichelleL› I have been citing articles for weeks now contradicting the pundits sensationalized statements about Maliki

MichelleL: ‹@chattels› and I've agreed with you

MichelleL: I'm a good student of "wet blanket-ism"

chattels: ‹@MichelleL› Things are changing, I think, but Iraq must be a nation of laws

chattels: Abadi cannot simply make decrees that do not conform to the Iraqi Constitution
