Iraq today Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to postpone the parliamentary session scheduled on Thursday to hold next Saturday. chattels: My understanding under the Parliamentary rules is that the budget is " required " to be completed in the next 30 days with the continuation of Parliament

chattels: I am not convinced that the amended investment law will be productive unless there continue to be improvements in the security situation.
