chattels: If you read the history there was equal anticipation of investment with the passage of the original law in 2006.

chattels: If Iraq could not attract investment before DAESH and when growth was projected at 9 - 12 % then how / why now ?
chattels: When some say that the Iraqi economy is " dead " or on the verge of the financial abyss / bankruptcy ?
