News Time BGG 7/20/15  Part 1 of 2

Welcome to dinarupdates.com for News Time with Millionday!!!

BGG filling in!

BGG .Welcome to dinarupdatescom for News Time with Millionday - except I'll be filling in

BGG .MOD.Romello: we're going straight to LIVE Q & A tonite... and I'll take however long I have to - to explain.

BGG: Regarding your Texas Bank/gold ?? - as I recall - the early reports were that Texas did not - nor did they ask for ALL their gold back (from the Feds)...

BGG: I am unsure of the actual status of such... and I doubt anyone has the full story on that yet... but it would appear Texas is concerned about something and intends to build some type of shield.
~~~
BGG .MOD.Romello: keep in mind... in the context of economics and currency... gold is the "mattress" against volatility.
BGG .MOD.Romello: whenever there is "a bumpy ride" on the horizon - the primary entity adds gold...
BGG .MOD.Romello: it's a buffer against ugly...
BGG .MOD.Romello: keeping it simple...
.MOD.Romello BGG: OIC
BGG .MOD.Romello: so it would appear Texas is making preparations.
BGG .MOD.Romello: again - as I understood the early reports - for whatever reason, they did not get their full holdings back from the FEDS...
BGG: OK - let's have some Dinar Questions - shall we??
diane1: DIDN'T IRAQ OPEN AN OFFICE IN TEXAS
BGG: Recently - I am unsure of such. I would suspect they have representation there - when they needed to sue Kurdistan in Texas - it was handled very quickly - and locally... as I recall.
diane1 BGG: THANK YOU, I COULD OF SWORN I READ SOMEWHERE MAYBE NEWSHOUND BACK IN THE DAY THAT IRAQ WAS OPENING FOR OPERATIONS SOMEWHERE IN TEXAS THANK YOU.
jd: Where is Maliki??
BGG jd: Not sure - but great question...
BGG jd: I was just about to post this...
BGG jd: Flashback ~ anytime now!!
Maliki submitted his resignation after the holiday .. and the first reshuffle of the government ousted by al-Abadi "Hoshyar Zebari"
BGG jd: Despite the urging of many friends Chalabi and their pressure him to learn the secret of this shift in his position, but he has been procrastinating and invoke that he seeks to renew his page on Facebook, forcing him to stop publication of his comments and delete the (old) publication where,
is that the truth was soon revealed and it turns out The leader of the Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim and Moqtada al-Sadr were the ones who asked him to calm the atmosphere and avoid bickering with others in preparation for his appointment as finance minister instead of the current minister, Hoshyar Zebari, in the first amendment to be undertaken by Haider al-Abadi on the current government after the Eid al-Fitr next.
In this regard, the information reported in the media about discomfort President Fuad Masum of his deputy Nuri al-Maliki and his agreement with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to remove him and replace it with the character of the other, were renewed following the visit of President
BGG jd: That I posted in the Iraq News Thread as a "Flash back" to keep it fresh in everyone's minds...
BGG jd: as I said on the call Sunday - the next couple of weeks could be very exciting on the Iraqi political scene
BGG jd: according to this report the removal of Maliki discussions go back to meetings on the 27th - nearly a month ago (now)...
BGG jd: it also points out Hakim and Sadr seem to be the calming influences... which - if you understand anything about the inner workings, that says alot... for those two to be the sane ones of the bunch probably explains everything going on right now...
BGG jd: which I have been trying to point out all along...
BGG jd: there is an inner conflict - when they get it handled - things will move very quickly.
BGG: Ok - let's talk about EXPECTATIONS for a minute...
BGG: I have find it most disingenuous for various commenters to be "tamping down" expectations for nothing more than the sake of appearing to be "protecting" others when they (at the very same time) gobble up every bit of "anecdotal" information for themselves AND CONTINUALLY ACT ON IT. This is not right, fair or honest.
BGG: My comment is - if there are real, factual reasons to maintain or carry some level of interest/expectation... this is legitimate. It is OK - to be interested if there is some reason to be interested??
BGG: Does that make sense??
BGG: For instance - think about this...
BGG: the very day the Iran deal was done - (or the next morning) the Iranian Central Bank came right out and said they have no plans to change the value of their currency...
BGG: this is likely an accurate comment... they have to get a long ways past these sanctions and "into the world fold" before the IMF, etc, etc would have much/ any sway in their currency affairs... but make no mistake, one day once they are in and operating at a "fictitious price index" the other player will have a say...
BGG: using that as a back drop there are NUMEROUS - REGULAR - DETAILED articles, reports and comments by very powerful figures in Iraq about Monetary policy and Monetary Reform - ALMOST EVERY DAY...
BGG: either something is happening - or the Iraqi people are going to be one very unhappy bunch!!
BGG: What??
BGG: How much??
BGG: When??
BGG: What will it look like??
BGG: What about the exchange mechanism???
BGG: Who knows?? BUT - something is PLAINLY UP...
BGG: obviously - there are two sides to this discussion (internally)... one not-so-good for us... the other side, obviously better.
jd: What chance do we have in seeing tariffs on August 1st?
BGG: worst case - the not-so-good side, they tread water for a little while, personally - I don't see how that works, but there may be that slim possibility.
BGG jd: Like I said on the call Sun - they will either add value (buying power) to their currency (which has obviously been the plan - on some level) and fully implement the tariff protocols... or they will delay.
BGG jd: their own economists have PLAINLY warned them about tariffs with no value - it would be hard on the average citizen.
Jonhenry: You are talking about the exact same players that have a say in Iraqi currency affairs, yes? which means that could take a while as well..
BGG Jonhenry: No and no - let me explain...
BGG Jonhenry: everyone is looking for the most "insider info" they can get... the former Gov of the CBI (from a year ago) writing an opinion about where they should go from here is about as "insider" as it gets...
BGG Jonhenry: Alak (the current "proxy" Gov of the CBI) has been A PLAYER - but he is not the final authority... on his best day - he could maybe hold things up a little while (by himself)... but ultimately he will be overcome by his opposition. He is simply not powerful enough by himself.
BGG Jonhenry: and regarding this taking a while - how?? Where will they get the money to delay... they need buying power ASAP.
BGG Jonhenry: Not ASAP in our terminology - but in relation to a countries standards... what does that mean??
Jonhenry: Understand, you were stating Iran,
Jonhenry: I was making statement on that part. Not Iraq, I believe any time is in order.
Jonhenry: as in Iraq that is
BGG Jonhenry: I was making a context comparison Iran saying "no way" - Iraq "say everyday"
Comments may be made at the end of Part 2  Thank You
