Iko Ward: Wildhunter...no, it has not...what its been doing is trading at night and then reverting back to the CBI 1164 rate around 10AM EDT. It didnt do that yesterday. The ISX did not gain 3% everyday for the past four years either.And the Dong has not been frozen for four weeks in a row EVER. Dont pull one tidbit out of context and make it the only truth.
CODreamer: Iko, so, iyo, based on what we believe the rate will come out to be per Tony & DC, what do you # do you anticipate will show on forex? Thx
Iko Ward: CO, Forex can't state the new rate until the CBI publishes it on their site, all they can do is suggest trading spreads based on the current rate. Once it is international, they can then base their spread on what they think is going to happen, but the actual rate is fixed by the CBI. The reason we want to watch Forex is they publish any rate change instantly, where we might have to wait a full cycle before CBI changes their site.

Trapdoor: @normanros. That is huge! It may not be needed to RV, but the NGL, HCL and bank reform laws being passed (when they are) can only add more pressure to releasing the rate.

Trapdoor: Remember, Iraq has been able to RV now for just over a year. Nothing is stopping it other than whatever stars "they" want lined up.

That is why it is so important to build your own puzzle based off of ALL the info you can get hold of to see if YOU can figure out what we are looking for. I know what my puzzle is telling me and it has been pretty right on.

Trapdoor : We should always be looking forward. Prepared but not expectant, living our current life fully and responsibly until this does (and will) happen is important. Make no decisions on your current life situation based on the fact that the rV will happen. I have seen too many fall into a bad hole by doing this.

But just for some clarification, am I understanding correctly that Frank & his team still believe that this RI RV or whatever you want to call should be done before Ramadan?
Sorry for the confusion or if someone already asked this. Just dont have a lot of time to get online much. Also thank you Frank for you and your teams.

It appears to us that they have a NEAR FUTURE GOAL in mind.... just before... or just after Ramadan would fit in with what they ARE accomplishing.... however... it could be sometime later.... the TRUTH IS...
NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE..... this is Iraq... and we only know that they are showing us some awesome things lately.
No one can commit to a date or "time frame" if you will.... but I SURE AM HAPPY LATELY ABOUT WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BigTex : If Japan paid US for WWII reparations what would it do to our debt we owe Japan? Now what do we trade China to resolve our debt? I have heard that Chinese firms have greater debt with US banks?
Could all of this be tied in with the GCR and nations forgiving debt so they can start from scratch?
Is this tied in with the revaluation of currencies for these states as Vietnam and Iraq reset currency values? BigTex

He said French government spokesman (Stephane woeful) that an international meeting on Iraq and Syria will be held in Paris on June 2. He noted that French Foreign Minister (Laurent Fabius) He said at the cabinet meeting that "the meeting will be held in Paris on the overall situation in Syria and Iraq," adding that US Secretary of State John Kerry will attend the meeting.
