With Iraq and Kuwait sharing the same oil fieilds and the kuwaiti dinar at $3.30 would you say that it makes sense globally for the IQD to be at that same rate if not more?
I say more because Iraq has more resources than the smaller Kuwait. So when Poppy3 gives us a rate of $4 then we have good reason to believe the report of him and other guru's.
