BGG I do not believe anything needs to pass Parliament first - maybe the Investment Law shortly after - but that is it.

DavidU1957: Parliament is leaving for a 30 day vacation so let's hope today is our day. Not that they must be in session for this to happen but at least we would know they finished the laws. I think the US wants the amnesty, national guard and the financial law passed before they give their blessing. This is my opinion only but if the US is going to pay this out they want to make sure they get there oil.

Frank26: Yes ........... I believe it was a Thursday........ In the evening hours est. I sat in front of the TV with my camera taking pictures of the TV. My pics are rather unique ............ They encapsulate an epic moment in mankind and ......... Mine.
i can be seen touching the TV screen as Apollo 11 lifted off with a small ...... Tear.
i so wanted to be a part of this exploration.
My goal now is to be a Celestial Astronaut.
As to what i imply ......You can not see the lift off or in this case The Lifting BUT ..... It is in the landing that You should be able to see ........ The Marines.
