I didn’t expect to have Delta tonight….he said he wanted to join us and I’m excited about that. We also have Top Shelf who has some CBI information but told him to wait because I want to wait until tomorrow, but now that we have Delta to join us, I asked TS to join us too.
On Friday our teams told us there would be a full assault in 3 cities ….a need for more bombing in that area and our President was re-thinking our policy in Iraq and he was considering bringing more troops in Iraq or telling you about the truth there.
Our president was also considering lifting the amount of bombing that’s occurring in these battles in Iraq. It turned out that places like Kosoval ?were having 10,000 bombings a day and yet, the bombings about to start in 72 hours – they were only able to drop 138 of them. It’s a time of urban warfare…we can talk about it now more freely and why I posted on Friday and Sunday to my teams updating them.
On Friday we thought 3 cities right out of Ramadi near the air force base, but they need more bombings.
How quickly will this urban warfare occur…so the president gave it a thought, but while waiting the western media was going to overplay what was going to happen.
For example -- LOOK AT THE USA TODAY FRONT PAGE – Saturday – you see the date on tope – HEADLINES: Isis TAKES ANCIENT CITY IN SYRIA. This is the Wall Street Journal on Saturday – there’s a big giant map of Iraq – SUNNIS UNITED IN IRAQ BATTLE….We told it’s not called a “war” –
Sure enough this western media overplayed it, but on Sunday the WSJ – HERE IT IS…HEADLINES – OBAMA RETHINKS STRATEGY OF ISIS!! So, what you saw posted on Friday – there it is. We told you that the Middle East would under play it – did you see anything about this from any of our news media?
May I throw in a caveat…..consider that the dong has been degraded by 1%....What does that have to do with anything we’re talking about…?.I’ll be back.
So, on Sunday you saw everything…a very fluid situation where you stand on something and you slip….and there are many prongs that are doing this. Now some of you look at it and think that everything is associated to the IQD.

Iraq and Syria both are heavy right now. Very heavy. The US has sent in T-packs…I know last Wed. I introduced you to some military terms and here’s some more. USA is setting up T-packs in Iraq and Syria for those in the military, who understand. These are very SPECIAL FORCES…they come from all of our branches that conglomerate what to do and target. This is a call to arms but a STRATEGICAL AIRSTRIKE….What they’re doing right now as I’m talking is identifying targets. Because unfortunately, the other coalition partners do not have the equipment or the know how to help us identify unmarked targets because that’s what the T-packs are doing now.

2 weeks ago, they said by releasing that currency is to use it inside and outside….the only way is to be Article 8 – The IMF told them that’s one of the important parts to lift the 000’s.
A new article with the deletion of the 000’s in the next 2 years….that’s good for us (but there’s confusion) – they’re going to use the money supply significantly – 60-70% with a higher value. TOP SHELF: The cash in the reserves of the CBI are in the BILLIONS. 50 dinar note: Removing the 50 dinar note doesn’t do anything for Iraq in helping them print lower notes…it’s confusing and misunderstood, but done on purpose.
A dinar is a dinar is a dinar. Now they only print 1 billion of the new 50 dinar note coming up to the same 1 trillion dinars that they moved into circulation that’s back in. That actually shows on an actual spreadsheet….so when they talk about reducing the physical notes, even the multipliers, is to remove the 000 notes by taking them in. They only exist in the physical notes, not in digital currency. That’s how you remove them. They’re trying to keep the note the same…the value currently, once it revalues, is the same amount of the total lower denoms. So the value and dinar count will remain the same, but note count, will increase.
I see that the GOI is being paid in billions in US dollars. There’s not a single missing claim in dollars or dinar at this current time. The largest amount in US Dollars every paid in history in the last almost 5 months. One month it was 6 times the amount of last year’s. I already told you there’s more money in the bank from the CBI at the moment …..it may not be handed out yet.
FRANK: You can see them in the system….we know what they’ll be sending them but we just don’t know when. So, you’re finding LIQUIDITY.
TOP SHELF: Yes, it exists, but they don’t want the people to know….it’s not those who are hanging on to them…it doesn’t come from the CBI any longer.

It’s 150% and telling you there’s certain things that are coming up – I’ll address that and the bond issue….how long, what’s been going on, how it’s working, and what they’re going to do. The bills have been paid out of US dollars. That’s why they didn’t show the auction…not hiding it from us, but the globe. (So they are helping them because they’re paying their debt.)
Even on inflation – they can’t raise interest rates until the debts are paid down or they won’t be able to afford the interest on the payment. There’s a connection that was done….if the debt is not paid off, there’s a strategy off and it pertains to the dong itself and they’re copying it exactly….it’s at the highest level it’s ever been But yet, the dinar value hasn’t increased.
In 2 years their assets has been growing 10-30% a month. Whether it’s any commodity or precious metals, or resource. We’ll touch more on Ashton tomorrow.

USA is setting up T-packs in Iraq and Syria for those in the military, who understand. These are very SPECIAL FORCES…they come from all of our branches that conglomerate what to do and target. This is a call to arms but a STRATEGICAL AIRSTRIKE….What they’re doing right now as I’m talking is identifying targets. Because unfortunately, the other coalition partners do not have the equipment or the know how to help us identify unmarked targets because that’s what the T-packs are doing now.
Because there’s no one helping us to mark the targets, the big birds are coming back with their ?? bays literally and that’s not good. They’re coming back fully loaded, they don’t drop their bombs but we don’t have enough marked targets. Usually they can do it from a distance 5 miles away (you can Google this stuff). They have to beacon and mark these targets.
What’s the significance of this? Our security is advancing…like the high-tide. Sure you go there at 5:00 but now the water’s up to your knees. It’s SO IMPRESSIVE, we’ve RUN OUT OF TARGETS. They leave for additional training from Ft. Hood and leave on Tuesday and then leave for Afghanistan. Why would they do that? These are specialized to do this and maybe going to the middle east to observe for counterfeiting, cheating with accounting…and the foreign currency exchange process.

DELTA: It looks like the Parliament had a meeting with the leaders ….to pass 20 pending laws they’re ready for voting. They’re going to accomplish this in the next 3 days. One of the most important is the investment law…they read it 2-3 times, were supposed to do it 2 weeks ago…remember the monetary reform has to be before that. The revaluation is to increase the rate and this law will help Iraq do that.
Everyone knows that the CBI is coming out with the 50 and 100 dinar….still confusion that it’s a 50,000 and 100,000 but it’s not…it’s just the value. Abadi said this is what we need because we need the money supply, easier to carry around and something they don’t’ have to use like US dollars.
2 weeks ago, they said by releasing that currency is to use it inside and outside….the only way is to be Article 8 – The IMF told them that’s one of the important parts to lift the 000’s.
A new article with the deletion of the 000’s in the next 2 years….that’s good for us (but there’s confusion) – they’re going to use the money supply significantly – 60-70% with a higher value. They’re waiting for that and something to happen….some indication something big is going to happen this week and the special committees are trying to activate the private sectors…but can’t do it unless they’re international for investors to have freedom of capital (Art. 8 compliancy).
It looks like they do things every 3 months – CBI gave the green light March 3rd….the latest should be the first of June. The IMF still didn’t give the loan and the CBI didn’t but to make sure they’re going to lift the 000’s….the IMF cannot give them the money unless they do what they’re telling them to do.
Don’t look at the CNN…yes, they have Ramadi – ISIS and DAASH….Look at Lydia …the worst – 1,000 times worse than Iraq….Lybia’s dinar is 75 cents! The CBI needs security but they need the money to move forward.
It looks like the rate will change before they introduce the lower denominations and 24-48 hours we should see the lower denominations…along with the 20 laws to pass this week…and the activation for the private sectors we’ve been waiting for….the new rate is one of the anchors for the private sector and economy

The length, IMO, and our teams’ opinion….the longer they go without a RV, the longer it’ll be for the next window and they can’t do it until the mid-July or end of July..
But ask…this is totally different this year…no liquidity, no money, so the revaluation with the 50 and 100 will automatically create liquidity.
The GOI needs money – the bonds can’t be done because of the rates and it needs to be done a.s.a.p…Can they wait, yes, but the longer they wait, the more issues they’ll have. We’re looking at the next window…no one knows the date….we know it’ll be 85-86 cents…
the next window is from now to the first week in June…or they’ll miss the boat and it’s all good news.
FRANK: Last year was the first year they didn’t go on vacation…last summer we saw these guys actually stick around, but it’s interesting what you can find in garbage cans…This summer, if they don’t accomplish security in specific cities all connected to Baghdad, then we’re going to see unusual this summer.

This is about a revaluation that’s going to help the economy.
We all know you have Iran with a nuclear bomb…but Israel will hurt Iraq and ???? It’s all politics…no one likes anyone. The good news is that it’s a one-way street…The Art. 8 cannot go back again unless they put sanctions but that’s not going to happen.

TOP SHELF: The cash in the reserves of the CBI are in the BILLIONS. 50 dinar note: Removing the 50 dinar note doesn’t do anything for Iraq in helping them print lower notes…it’s confusing and misunderstood, but done on purpose.
A dinar is a dinar is a dinar. Now they only print 1 billion of the new 50 dinar note coming up to the same 1 trillion dinars that they moved into circulation that’s back in. That actually shows on an actual spreadsheet….so when they talk about reducing the physical notes, even the multipliers, is to remove the 000 notes by taking them in. They only exist in the physical notes, not in digital currency. That’s how you remove them. They’re trying to keep the note the same…the value currently, once it revalues, is the same amount of the total lower denoms. So the value and dinar count will remain the same, but note count, will increase.
I see that the GOI is being paid in billions in US dollars. There’s not a single missing claim in dollars or dinar at this current time. The largest amount in US Dollars every paid in history in the last almost 5 months. One month it was 6 times the amount of last year’s. I already told you there’s more money in the bank from the CBI at the moment …..it may not be handed out yet.
FRANK: You can see them in the system….we know what they’ll be sending them but we just don’t know when. So, you’re finding LIQUIDITY.
TOP SHELF: Yes, it exists, but they don’t want the people to know….it’s not those who are hanging on to them…it doesn’t come from the CBI any longer.

The foreign currency deposits into the CBI are the largest over….I’ll touch on what that means tomorrow.
The reserves said that the CBI that are backing tell you that it’s the dinar. It’s 150% and telling you there’s certain things that are coming up – I’ll address that and the bond issue….how long, what’s been going on, how it’s working, and what they’re going to do. The bills have been paid out of US dollars. That’s why they didn’t show the auction…not hiding it from us, but the globe. (So they are helping them because they’re paying their debt.)
Even on inflation – they can’t raise interest rates until the debts are paid down or they won’t be able to afford the interest on the payment. There’s a connection that was done….if the debt is not paid off, there’s a strategy off and it pertains to the dong itself and they’re copying it exactly….it’s at the highest level it’s ever been But yet, the dinar value hasn’t increased.
In 2 years their assets has been growing 10-30% a month. Whether it’s any commodity or precious metals, or resource. We’ll touch more on Ashton tomorrow.
Turn back to the end of Oct….boots on the ground when they officially get boot on the ground. That already means the security that was meant to be but it was already in place. Didn’t mean it was going to happen overnight and that’s why Ashton does what he does.

They left out the serial numbers, upper left hand side, no signature…etc. But the article says the CBI TO ISSUE LARGER VALUE of BANK NOTES…They show the 25 in front of the 50 that will become equivalent.
TS: It’s a play on words. It’s going to be one of the highest retail public notes that they have. A greater value than it was before so it’s how you take it in. They’re saying the public doesn’t know so the public doesn’t know better.
