BGG jtank: I addressed that in two parts... first - my commentary over the last three months has pointed out how badly the GOI needs this as badly as you or I (far more - in fact)...
BGG jtank: Secondly - if you scroll up - I point out they have used this very same "time is not right" rhetoric in 2011, 2012, 2013... and we know Dr Shabib had other ideas. Maliki would not have reacted as he did if not... in light of this "flashback" perspective - all this "the "time is not right" rhetoric worries me far less.
purecountry: Personally I don't think we will see much in the way of confusing news. Don't think they can afford too. The people that are now mid 20-30 or so have never known money of value, this is all new to them and could be very confusing. It has to be explained IMO. RV's done in the past were never known to the public like we know about this one and may very well have been explained. We just never knew
