The dong is still not changed and the dinar only moved 0.1 point this am so i think it is safe to say we will see not change to the dong until the cbi posts a new rate for the dinar, whatever that rate may be. My theory is Vietnam, along with the rest of the planet, thought this thing was going to go internationl back on april 22 and got caught with their pants down. Which is good because it just adds pressure through the chinese for the US to get it moving
Appaloosa: IMO the delay was tied into O meeting with Barzani............I think the US told GOI that they wouldn't let the RV go until they saw proof that the weapons being given to Iraq are given to the Sunnis, and other tribes that need them. The Ministry of Commerce has decided to distribute 25 000 dinars per capita Kmbalg compensatory ration of materials that have not been received during the past year 2014.
Minister of Trade Mohammed Mlas said: "The ministry has formed a Finance Committee working on the General Company for Grain Trade and the General Company for Trade food and the Department of Planning and Follow-up in order to install the compensatory amounts of food."
The Minister of Commerce, said that "the amounts were installed based on the number of souls and the number of months that have not been distributed, as well as material prices and the share of per capita".
The Minister of Commerce, said that "the Commission has identified amounts of compensatory last four months of last year from the ration materials which have not been distributed to 25 000 dinars," he said. "These amounts are present in the banks will be distributed during the next ten days."

The executive director of the market, Taha Ahmed Abdul Salam for "Qurtas News", that "the market recently affected by security conditions in recent months, as well as financial distress due to low Asaralinvt the world and the lack of liquidity and stopped most of the investment projects," noting that "our expectations during the next few days refers to the good work of the rise in the market, a share trading to the Iraqis and non-Iraqis because there are three possible factors that help to rise. "
He said Taha that the first factor "Iraq for a loan from the World Bank, and the second is to reassure the government to the citizens that the workers in the ongoing government institutions salaries, and finally enter 13 private company for trading on the Iraq Stock Exchange, what will live rates trading to a good level in the market."
He explained that "high circulation rates directly Ststhm in the development of the local economy to levels higher than the months that followed the tenth of June last year."
