That’s exactly what the lower denoms will do!

One of the problems is that the USD is still being used in Iraq. They trust it, use it … they love the $100 USD. The CBI also uses the USD … but the CBI is now cutting ties with the USD. The USD will be pegged to the IQD – so that it can resuscitate the USD.
Dr. Shabibi controls the green-light with the IMF. He needed protection and loans from the IMF.
We are now seeing some amazing movement with the GOICBI.
Security comes in many forms.
Maliki’s dealers are being arrested and outlets being shut-down. (The guys doing the smuggling/counterfeiting). There are now laws to prosecute these people. No “M” --- no more.
All coalition partners are against Iran.

Parliamentary Finance Committee announced, Monday, that the central bank in the process of strengthening of the dinar by printing large local financial currencies. Abadi adviser: praises the policy of the Central Bank and supports the deletion of zeros at the country's stability conditions
BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... According to the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, an economic advisor to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Monday, about a quarter of Iraq's budget disbursement to support military operations against the terrorist organization Daash.
