tman23 Back in late January Abadi asked for the citizens to be patient until June...And just less than 20 days ago he announced that starting July Iraq will be able to make all payments in full and on time...
If they are going to open the books without zeros starting the second part for the financial semester...JULY...Then they must have a lead way into that event...meaning a time period to initiate.
Sure it can happen anytime...just as anything can happen at anytime...
But personally I expect the show to begin 6/14.
If they open July with 3 zeros accounting...WE ARE ALL WRONG...But I don't see the Kurds and their economy waiting on Baghdad another 6 months.
The Kurds just seen Ramadi fall because of lack of response from Baghdad...and Baghdad was warned 2 weeks in advance of what was needed... End of June...END OF THE ROAD!!

SOS International (SOSi) of, Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $36-million (42-billion-Iraqi-dinar) modification to contract W56KGZ-15-C-4000 for base life support at Camp Taji, Iraq.
The estimated completion date is June 30, 2015.
Funding will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command Kuwait, is the contracting activity.

fbs : Well Frank you and your teams feel like security will not be ready before Ramadan. And we all know or should know Dr.Shabby needs security in order to change the exchange rate.
That being said IMSO we will not see any changes in the exchange rate this year because Dr.Shabby also said "it's foolish to change the exchange rate in the middle of the year you do at the beginning of the year."
So that being said sense everything is being base on what Dr.Shabby has said than everyone might want to pray to see this in 2016. Again IMSO.
