Ranger4564 > johnk 5 Billion, but RV is saying that this was a lie, IMF didn't loan any money to Iraq and told them to RV, and at the same time, Greece is being primed to be the lead for the GCR, asset backed currency. It is looking to me like Iraq wants to be free of US / IMF, but may have had to do so legally, and now is going to align with BRICS / AIIB, and may then do the RV... so the sooner we find that Iraq is already part of AIIB / BRICS, the sooner RV can occur. Maybe, as I suspect, this has all already happened, then RV can occur anytime.

I knew Iraq had to be part of AIIB already, because the RV will only be possible once the Chinese / Russians feel that Iraq and its wealth are secure.
I should add obviously Iraq will stall till they too feel their own wealth is secure from the cabal / US. And I think they are feeling more and more secure and comfortable. Any day now

tman23 ...the fact of the matter is the KURDS...And we know that 400 million a month does not support the region...We know they want to open their economy and Baghdad has stalled the Kurd progress...
The Kurds need 2 million displaced people to GO HOME...
The Kurds will go to June but do not believe they plan on waiting until October or 2016...
So 5/2 expect some change on cards being loaded for displaced etc...
