He said the protesters said in a statement they have started fighting ten months before the rock cliff area in response to the call of religious leaders and they fought in Samarra and Tikrit, and now in Anbar, demanding the government to fulfilling its obligations to them and back pay, ....

WolfFox: My little bank story today
I went to my WF bank today 4/23/15 to take care of some business just some standard stuff, and when we were done with that I asked him did he know about the up and coming currency exchanges that are about to take place He said YES he knew very well all about it and he said he was instructed to not talk about it.
He was matter a fact about it letting me know if he did go into it he would be fired. but he told me about his head wealth manager who also handles all their foreign currency exchanges and would be handling all of it.( I never said which currency's )
He had me wait in his office while he went and talked to that head wealth manager and returned with one of the head WM business cards and said call him when it is time.
First time they did not balk or say they would never have anything to do with it. and in the past in that very bank they have. …..made me feel that there is real light at the end of this long tunnel.

Commercial traffic in the port of Umm Qasr, south of Basra
Revealed the parliamentary finance committee member Abdul Qader Mohammed that the customs tariff law will be applied in all Iraq's northern and southern ports, pointing out that the Kurdistan region now applied tariff special law Comerakh the region and they can choose between two laws as required by the interests of the region.
Mohammed said in a statement to Radio tow the new customs tariff law issued by the central government for the benefit of the northern ports, especially since the province is applied tariff Kmarkip law imposes lesser amounts of the new law.
In response to the position of the local government of Basra reject the application of the new customs tariff law which was applied in the southern ports Mohammed explained that the local government of Basra obliged to apply it in case you have no objection or return to some of the paragraphs on appeal to the Federal Court pending the resolution would be the local government is obliged to apply it.
The Basra provincial council has refused to apply the decision of the Ministry of Finance to increase the customs tariffs on goods entering through border ports in Basra.
The president of the Basra Governorate Council Albzona morning about the possibility of the application of this decision in the western provinces and the Kurdistan region, indicating that the local government categorically rejects the application of any decision which excluded the western provinces and the Kurdistan region of the resolution to be applied only in the south.

Just got this hit list regarding events that have happened during Ramadan altho I prefer to be off this train ride beforehand with concerns the iraqi citizens may go berzerk over there...however some big things have occurred during Ramadan in the past ironically that I glossed over til now:
Iraq was released from Chapter VII during Ramadan 2013
Iraq passed the border demarcations thru parliament during Ramadan 2014
Iraq passed the Tariff Laws during Ramadan 2013
Abadi was confirmed as the new prime minister during Ramadan 2014
The new government was formed during Ramadan 2014
anyways, just a quick hit list....seems as tho the trend is to keep on moving since M been kicked to the curb to an extent which is good news.

Announced by National Forces Alliance victory for al-Jubouri Cancel House of Representatives legislative holiday for its members for the month of May with a view to the next important laws that the Council was not able to legislation during the previous sessions of the legislation.
Jubouri also demanded the adoption of important laws and necessary that affect the lives of citizens and significantly affect the functioning of the political process as the law of the Federal Court and the law of parties, and the law of oil and gas in addition to the National Guard Law.
She said al-Jubouri in a statement to Radio tow that there is a difference in views between the political blocs on those particular laws Parties Law and the Law on the National Guard, which the government program focused during this period, noting that there are many sessions will be held between the heads of the blocks and the competent committees to work on fueling those laws.
