The deadline for prospective founding members to submit their applications to China’s new Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) came on March 31, leading a flurry of final applications from countries all over the world.
When the dust settled, China moved on to selecting who would actually made the cut. Yesterday, the AIIB released its final, approved list of founding members (excluding Taiwan).
With 57 countries signed up, the AIIB includes well over a quarter of the world’s nations. Even more interestingly, 16 of the world’s 20 largest economies are on board (with the U.S., Japan, Mexico, and Canada as the holdouts).

The International Monetary Fund has urged the United States to ratify its 2010 quota and governance reforms amid strong discontent among its members, especially emerging economies.
"We remain deeply disappointed with the continued delay" in moving forward the reforms aimed at granting more power to emerging economies, the International Monetary and Financial Committee said after its meeting in Washington on Saturday. "Recognising the importance of these reforms for the credibility, legitimacy, and effectiveness of the IMF, we reaffirm their earliest implementation remains our highest priority."

UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that the nation of Greece will default on its European debt within 48 hours and immediately reissue the drachma and back it with gold.
Greece just completed negotiations with the Russian Federation, which will lead to various financial and military treaties between the two nations.
The pending default by Greece will lead to the immediate collapse of the German NAZI Deutsche Bank, which will then trigger the collapse of Chinese ETFs and its umbrella trust accounts linked to HSBC of Hong Kong.
And, it gets worse!
Bank of America and other major U.S. banks, along with the Central Bank of Japan, remain totally exposed as counter parties ($478 trillion of worthless derivatives) to the events in Europe, which will clearly become a credit event.
P.S. We can now report that over 50% of the Japanese parliament (the Diet) are ready to call for the resignation of Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo who has been fingered in taking millions of dollars in bribes from crooked U.S. banks, including JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon.
Shinzo's economic and monetary policies have wrecked the Japanese economy, destroyed pension funds and brought major Japanese insurance companies to the verge of bankruptcy.
