newbieDA: Note the Second question to the ministers of agriculture and water resources. (MP Khalid al-Asadi). Last time the questioned the Minister of Electricity, it screwed up the whole day too. So I can understand why no votes on Investment or National Guard Laws, and hopefully they do read the AML Law.

newbieDA: I am just hoping they read it
newbieDA: remember what I said, watch the agendas and the the results
newbieDA: we will see
newbieDA: I can say, I am glad to see the agenda
newbieDA: thought the calendar was broke lol

 Oneness: lol
~~~
 newbieDA: ya Oneness, follow the laws
newbieDA: I noticed that
Oneness: in the study of law, one eventually finds things that interest them
newbieDA: if they read the AML a 2nd time, it'll be ready roll out to a vote, which sorta makes sense, there are alot of laws ready for vote
newbieDA: like turning on the light switch then
Oneness: yes ... that all that really is needed to go international
Oneness: just the aml ... will allow iraq to come in at the progrm rate or lower
newbieDA: I agree, but they do need more, AML is great for the corruption
newbieDA: National Guard Law for security
newbieDA: Investment Law for the economy to take off
Oneness: ngl has nothing to do with international community
Oneness: ngl just adds value
newbieDA: agree
newbieDA: delegation is in the US today for international bonds
newbieDA: International Bonds Meeting with US and Britain 9/7
Oneness: same with il , but makes sense to have investment law too so international community can have a clear understanding of what can be expected in dealings with iraq
 Oneness: but, really not sure if investment law is needed to go international .... would be nice ... but not sure if really needed
newbieDA: I think they are lining up certain laws while they handle the security and corruption issues
newbieDA: which seem to be getting better, at least quieter
Oneness: do we have verifiable ink that delegation is currently in America ?
newbieDA: http://ift.tt/1CgCYLH... http://ift.tt/1hSKfbU
newbieDA: well back to waiting
Oneness: true
Oneness: well ... while we are all waiting for godot ... or the goi ... or aml ... or whatever ... i suppose i will take this day to opine about my experiences and expectations with the iraqi dinar
Oneness: Waiting for Godot (/ˈɡɒdoʊ/ god-oh[1]) is an absurdist play by Samuel Beckett, in which two characters, Vladimir and Estragon, wait endlessly and in vain for the arrival of someone named Godot.[2] Godot's absence, as well as numerous other aspects of the play, have led to many interpretations since the play's 1953 premiere. It was voted "the most significant English language play of the 20th century".[3]
Waiting for Godot is Beckett's translation of his own original French version, En attendant Godot, and is subtitled (in English only) "a tragicomedy in two acts".[4]
The original French text was composed between 9 October 1948 and 29 January 1949.[5] The première was on 5 January 1953 in the Théâtre de Babylone, Paris. The production was directed by Roger Blin, who also played the role of Pozzo.
