Thanks My Ladies for letting us share from your private chatroom
MVL: remember, debt is a money generator. Think of it as priming the economic pump. With Sukuk-style bonds, like ML said, we will be able to buy a piece of whatever country sells them, and you're right, those cats are loaded! Extremely high income to debt ratio, in a manner of speaking, based upon their variety of resources, not just black gold. ;)
TB: MVL: , they are not supposed to carry any debt that they would pay interest on. Odd IMO but that is part of their faith. How they manage that, I have no clue. They live well and drive nice vehicles for the most part in the ME. They love to shop and travel. They must be doing something right to have all that.
MY LADIES: TB EXACTLY....YOU HIT IT RIGHT ON THE HEAD...AND WHERE ELSE ARE THERE SIMILAR BANKING PRACTICES???>THAT WAS A REAL QUESTION

MY LADIES: OK I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU ALL TO SHOW YOU WHAT I JUST WAS TALKING ABOUT A LITTLE BIT AGO...ARE YOU READY?
MVL: ML or Nova, , are these cats pegged to anything? It sounds like they are cutting it loose... http://ift.tt/1Oee0h3
MY LADIES: OK SO LETS TAKE A LOOK AT THIS AND REALLY REALLY READ IT....ALL OF IT...
MY LADIES: COLOMBO (Reuters) - The Sri Lankan central bank will allow the rupee to float from Friday by not quoting a specific level in the market, the bank has told currency dealers, according to sources who had knowledge of their meeting.
MY LADIES: ALLOW IT TO FLOAT??? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN EXACTLY???
MVL: It's not pegged to any other currency. It will react, up or down, to market demand, like the Swiss franc did this past spring.
JP: No peg
NF: to be driven up or down in value based on demand not on a peg
MY LADIES: VERY GOOD... VERY GOOD
"The official said the central bank will allow the market to decide the exchange rate by not guiding with a specific rate. However, he said the bank will intervene if the levels are too high," a source told Reuters.
MY LADIES: LET THE MARKET DECIDE??? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???
NF: the market will reflect the sales of the currency
Sager: Will fluctuate based on demand and use
MY LADIES: VERY GOOD...
MY LADIES: Central Bank Deputy Governor Nanadalal Weerasinghe, when asked, did not comment about chairing the meeting with currency dealers nor on any decision to float the rupee.
But he told Reuters in a text message. "We will intervene if there will be excess volatility."
MY LADIES: EXCESS VOLATILITY?? WHAT IS THAT???
NF: it if rises too high/fast or drops too fast.
MY LADIES: The central bank on Thursday said it received $1.1 billion from a $1.5 billion swap agreement with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and it expected the rupee exchange rate to stabilise.
The central bank usually directs the market via state banks' dollar trade. The rupee hit a record low of 134.75 per dollar on Thursday, after a state bank raised the currency's peg against the dollar by 25 cents to allow the exchange rate to depreciate and sold it at the same rate.
The rupee, which has fallen 2.7 percent so far this year, has been under heavy downward pressure due to strong importer dollar demand under a lower interest rate regime
MY LADIES: WHAT ARE THEY SAYING HERE?
JP: Are they testing the waters?
DK: Are they losing value because we don't have rising interest rates?
NF: when the dollar is high they feel it more but I don't know what that means!
Sager: They were controlling the exchange rate by doing swaps. The rupee has declined because of more demand for the dollar it seems
MY LADIES: GOOD SAGER...
MY LADIES: SO THIS IS HAPPENING ALL OVER. DO YOU ALL UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE REALLY WATCHING???
Sager: It seems like they're trying to change the swing of things (depreciation). Using their own currency will increase use and demand which will create more value and stability
JP: Are they starting to play in the new system?
Sager: It seems like they're setting themselves up for that JP
PZ: Yes ML, results of the New system, out with the old in with the new in many ways.

Troubled Ten
The yuan slide added more support for emerging-market bears by shifting investor attention to countries that ship goods to China. Morgan Stanley pointed to 10 countries that are most at risk, or the “Troubled Ten,” including Brazil, Peru, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and South Africa.
South Africa’s rand tumbled past 13 per dollar for the first time since 2001 on Thursday and the Brazilian real has fallen the most among developing countries in 2015. Turkey’s lira retreated to an all-time low for a sixth day while the Malaysian ringgit traded at a 17-year trough, both also plagued by domestic political turmoil.
Amid the rout, Nigeria, Africa’s largest crude producer, said it hasn’t “seen any reason” to change its foreign-exchange policies, Ugochukwu Okoroafor, a spokesman for the Central Bank of Nigeria, said by phone from Abuja.
MY LADIES: SOO WHAT DO YOU THINK WE’RE WATCHING???

MY LADIES: OK LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS.. …KHAZAHSTAN IS STRUGGLING..BUT THEY ARE COMING UP ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS RIGHT? AND WHY IS THAT????
Joey: Depegged and set new interest rates?
Medium-term inflation is the “primary target” for determining the current level of the base rate, which isn’t “set in reaction to short-term shocks,” policy makers said. The central bank also said it “reserves the right to participate on the foreign-exchange market in order to ensure financial and price stability.”
The high rate levels are clearly seen as securing the banking system from deposit outflows and anchoring inflation expectations.” Dmitry Polevoy, a Moscow-based economist at ING Groep NV in Moscow, said by e-mail. “The effectiveness of the new policy is highly conditional on the liquidity position of banks versus National Bank of Kazakhstan.”
joey: New system with AIB and Brics
MY LADIES: RIGHT JOEY..
THEY ARE SLOWLY BUT METHODICALLY LETTING THE US PEG GO. THESE EMERGING MARKETS ARE BRICS REGIONS AREN’T THEY??
SO WE HAVE PROOF THE SYSTEM IS MOVING AND SORT OF QUICK TOO, SOME PEGS WERE LET GO ONLY A WEEK OR SO AGO AND THE MARKETS ARE BOUNCING BACK.
THIS IS WHAT I AM TELLING YOU. NOVA AND I HAVE BEEN SCREAMING THIS FROM THE ROOF TOPS.
Joey: The central bank will only intervene to counter speculative attacks, Prime Minister Karim Massimov said in an Aug. 22 interview, adding that the government intends to keep inflation below 10 percent this year. Supply and demand will determine the exchange rate, central bank Governor Kairat Kelimbetov said on Aug. 20.
Joey: Again Supply and demand will control the new banking system.

PrincessDD: So once everyone unpegs from the dollar what will happen to the dollar?
Joey: Does the dollar just become isolated??
MVL: The dollar isn't going anywhere, at least not significantly, and not for a while yet.
MY LADIES: WELL PRINCESS THAT WILL BE A VERY VERY VERY LONG PROCESS..I THINK THE DOLLAR INDEX WILL NOT CHANGE UNTIL CLOSE TO 2020, BUT THE PRESURE WILL BE COMING OFF THE DOLLAR AND EVERYONE WILL BE MOVING TO THEIR OWN MARKET ECONOMIES WHICH IS THE ENTIRE GOAL.
Joey: But, as economists predicted it will be a tough 5 years
MY LADIES: NO NO NO NO NO …THIS IS NOT ABOUT ISOLATION OR ANYTHING BAD.
MARKET ECONOMIES ARE ACTUALLY GOOD FOR OUR ECONOMY. THE DOLLAR IS HERE TO STAY I DON’T CARE WHAT THE CHICKEN LITTLE'S HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT.
BUT AS CENTRAL BANKS AROUND THE GLOBE ARE ALLOWING THEIR CURRENCIES TO BE PRICED BASED ON THE MARKET.... THE NEW BANKING SYSTEM ACCELERATES.
DO YOU ALL UNDERSTAND??? IF NOT I’LL TRY AGAIN…
Joey: Yes and it is good news instead of the gloom and doom
MVL: It's fantastic news! We are witnessing a whole new economic paradigm. A whole new way of not only looking at, implementing, but also investing in a global system the potential of which has never been seen before.
MY LADIES: RIGHT SO NOW DARE WE TRY TO APPLY EMERGING MARKET ECONOMICS TO IRAQ???
MVL: I say, yes, we can apply emerging market economics with respect to Iraq, and here's why: the simple fact that they are going to sell Eurobonds, which are denominated outside of the dinar, may well prime the pump to create demand for their eventual foray into international dinar bonds.
I believe those will be pegged initially to the dollar index, then released to pre-2001 levels, once their GDP catches up from the original bonds expiring in 15 months or so.
I say this willing to admit I'm off-base, but anxious to learn the why of what we are all witnessing.
MY LADIES: VERY GOOD MVL BUT THE BONDS ARE 15 YEAR BONDS.. AND THIS IS A GOOD ANSWER BIT THE ELEMENTARY ANSWER IS IT SEEMS RIGHT NOW THE MIDDLE EAST IS CREATING THE DEBT FOR THE NEW SYSTEM AND ASIA, IS CREATING THE FORMULA.
WITH EACH TURN ASIA TAKES SOME ONE IS AFFECTED , BUT WE SEE THEM COMING UP ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BALANCE SHEET IN A MORE POSITIVE LIGHT.
WELL IN THE MIDDLE EAST THERE ARE 4 STATES THAT NEED TO COME ON PAR AND IRAQ IS ONE OF THEM......IRAQ, IRAN, SYRIA, AND LEBANON
