Butifldrm: Good evening everyone

OOTW: THANK YOU ABRAHAM

OOTW: GOOD EVENING BUTIFLDRM !!!

Butifldrm: I just dropped in to talk about the Islamic Banking law

quicktolegit96: BRING IT....

Butifldrm: Oh yes we do

Butifldrm: I thought about the thread that you sent me OOTW wealthwatch.world/showthr...

http://ift.tt/1LACyl5

Butifldrm: I know that many of us are so ambitious including me, but Iraq appears to be taking baby steps to enter the international economy

Butifldrm: it appears from the law that you sent me OOTW that Iraq is entering an agreement with the Islamic/MENA nations that is lessing trade restrictions

Butifldrm: I find it interesting that the Central Bank is involved

] Butifldrm: I'm wondering if this could be in comparison to like an Arab BRIC'S

OOTW: HMMMM

OOTW: WHEN I SEE MENTION OF THE CBI IN REGARDS TO THIS LAW, THE LANGUAGE SEEMS TO ME THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT "ALLOWING" PAYMENT EXCHANGES BETWEEN THE ARAB/BORDERING COUNTRIES

Butifldrm: There is no dialogue int he law that states what currencies will be traded in such agreement. but why then would the CBI be involved

OOTW: "IMHO, WHEN THEY SAY "EXHCANGE DEPARTMENT" THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT EXCHANGE OF PAYMENT

Butifldrm: OOTW i agree

OOTW: SO CAN WE DISCUSS WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THE XBRL SYSTEM IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE TIMING OF THIS?

Butifldrm: I'm not say this as a fact, but it might be each country could have the availablity to trade within it's own currency

Butifldrm: that would help strngthen the dinar

OOTW: THE XBRL IS A DIGITAL LANGUAGE FOR INTERBANKING - BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

quicktolegit96: TRADING AT 1166 WONT DO THEM ANY JUSTICE, AND WHAT ABOUT THE TARRIFS..

Butifldrm: Yea and gives transparency to the banking system

OOTW: YET THE TENDER FOR THE SET UP OF THE XBRL IS NOT SET TO BE COMPLETED ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS UNTIL JULY 22, AND THE CBI STATES IN THE TENDER THEY WILL NOT BE MAKING A DECISION ON THE BIDS UNTIL 08-23-2015

Butifldrm: ‹@quicktolegit96› truly the lower or more devalued Iraq's currency is, gives Iraq a great advantage   in trades

quicktolegit96: YEAH, I CAN SEE THAT

quicktolegit96: TY

Butifldrm: theis is the reason that the US has pounded China because the US felt China's currency was under valued

quicktolegit96: SO IN A NUTSHELL, WHERE DO YALL SEE IRAQ NOW..

OOTW: I SEE THEM AT THE BEGINNING STAGES OF RETURNING TO A MARKET ECONOMY, BUILDING THE PRIVATE SECTOR

OOTW: THIS IS PART OF WHAT WE WANT TO SEE IN ORDER FOR THEM TO LATER THEN LIBERALIZE THEIR CURRENCY, HOPEFULLY....THIS IS JUST AN INITIAL STEP - BUT VERY GOOD –

IT'S WISE FOR THEM TO, IN EFFECT, TRY THEIR TRADE OUT, WITH THEIR ARAB PARTNERS

NearTheSea: way over my head but enjoy reading the opinions

Butifldrm: ok so the upside to our investment could be that the member nations refuse to trade in the Dinar because it's so undervalued

quicktolegit96: OOTW I AGREE DAWLIN

OOTW: YES, QUICK, THIS IS A GREAT GREAT STEP

Butifldrm: but remmmember Iraq can always trade in the dollar   that is a given

OOTW: HOPEFULLY, THEY'LL BE WORKING KINKS OUT IN THE PROCESS, AND I THINK THEY WILL

OOTW: YES, BUTI
Butifldrm: It also ended the pain a sat first reading the draft law amending the certification of signatures on documents and documents of Iraqi and foreign Law No. (52) of 1970 and sponsored by the Legal Committee in order to eliminate controls on foreign exchange in the central bank and the implementation of the resolutions of the Economic and Social Council of the Arab League to lift restrictions between member states of the Free Trade Area of the circle . and maybe this law sating the CBI can give up exchange restrictions

sczin11: ‹@Butifldrm› THEY HAVE STATED THEY WANT THE DINAR AS THEIR CURRENCY AND THEY HAVE STATED AND APPEAR TO BE CLOSE TO FULL ASCENTION TO THE WTO....AND I BELIEVE THEY NEED A UNIQUE CURRENCY FOR THAT PRIVILEDGE

Butifldrm: ‹@sczin11› I totally agree

Butifldrm: that's what I'm hoping

Butifldrm: that this law could bring about an Arab BRIC'S like situation for Iraq

sczin11: JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY THE STATEMENTS ABOVE ABOUT THEY CAN USE THE US DOLLAR...BUT THEY HAVE STATED THATS NOT THEIR CHOICE

Butifldrm: ‹@sczin11› until Iraq un pegs from the dollar and moves into article VIII, they can enjoy the fruits of both worlds

Butifldrm: in their situation it's all about the currency that their member nations will accept

sczin11: ‹@Butifldrm› WHICH WE KNOW THEY HAVE STATED RECENTLY IS THEIR DESIRE...ARTICLE VIII, HERE WE COME

Butifldrm: this is why Ugaili came out with the article we read this week

sczin11: ‹@Butifldrm› AGREE...

Butifldrm: ‹@sczin11› yes here we come and truly what the government of Iraq is exposing to the public could be very limited

Butifldrm: No country would ever expose if they were bringing their currency international

sczin11: ‹@Butifldrm› ITS CALLED.... NATIONAL SECURITY

Butifldrm: ‹@sczin11› and more  lol

Butifldrm: I can't wait for parliament to get back in action and let's see what they accomplish

sczin11: ‹@Butifldrm› YOU AND ME BOTH..DOESNT SEEM THEY R IN A RUSH..WAITING UNTIL SAT...GEESH

OOTW: ME EITHER BUTI

Butifldrm: For Iraq to truly move economically forward the Banking Act? law is imperative

Comments may be made at the end of Part 2  Thank You
