gold642: Council of Ministers announced the issuance of a unified national card in 25 of the month of July of this.

According to an informed source told all of Iraq [where] that "In the light of his Interior Minister Mohammed Salem Ghabban today's Council meeting about the single card project was decided to issue the first card in the 25 of July of this.

" He said, "This project will continue between two to three years until the number for 30 million Iraqis is complete," adding that "the interior minister asked the allocation amount for the establishment of a private card Uniform Building Council of Ministers has approved".

 He pointed to "the Cabinet refused to increase financial allocations for e-governance project amounts at one billion and 200 million dinars," followed ..

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the government of the Kurdistan region Tuesday with Iranian consulate in Erbil for the exchange of prisoners between the two sides. 

The signing of the agreement came after the president of the province government approval to transfer prisoners in Iranian Kurdistan to Iran to spend the rest of their sentences in their own country. 

According to the agreement signed by the Iranian side, Iran's consul in Erbil Morteza Ebadi, will be transferred 86 prisoners from the total 159 Iranian prisoners in the prisons of the Kurdistan region to Iran. 

He said that the Iranian Consul "transition process has the consent of the prisoners, noting that" the Convention does not include prisoners who have not left their sentences period of only 6 months. 

" The Iraqi Ministry of Justice and its Iranian counterpart signed at the beginning of last year 2014 four Atvaviac in the judicial and legal fields and personal conditions and an executive memorandum of understanding for the exchange of convicts penalties of deprivation of freedom between the two countries, ratified by the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the Council of the Iranian Shura Council. 

As Iraq and Iran have agreed to form a joint committee to study the situation of prisoners between the two countries to pave the ground they reclaim. It is said that the number of Iraqi prisoners in Iran of approximately 150 prisoners the same Approximate number of Iranian prisoners in Alarac.anthy
