another mailman : Hi Frank! when the articles say that they are sending 3 billion dinars here or 540 billion dinar to Kurdistan, are they really sending dinar or the dollar equivalent? Also, how much of this years budget has been used to date? about a month ago it was 30% I believe was what was being said. Thanks

BAGHDAD / .. the House resumes on Tuesday to begin the second reading of the draft law of the National Guard.
According to a statement to the House of Representatives' Eye Iraq News "received a copy of it, that" the agenda of the meeting will include a vote on the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the protocol to eliminate illicit trade in tobacco products to the Convention on the WHO Framework regarding the Tobacco Control Act, also includes a Commission report oil and energy and natural resources on the work of the Commission. "
And that "will also be the first reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Electricity and the continuation of the second reading of the draft law of the National Guard."
The statement continued, "will also be the second reading of the draft law accession of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations Convention on the Immunities of States and their property from the jurisdiction, it will also be the second reading of the draft law modulated".
